The trip was amazing.we are here on our last night in Vienna and to fault things would be unfair. The hotels were all comfortable some, more then others but none were intolerable and for the price we paid and the things we have done the value for money is there. Breakfast has been good each day and the two nights with dinner were local fare so it was nice to try something we hadn't had before. The trips included were great some were alternatives to the planned ones but they were to a good standard and very informative. The thing that makes this trip is the guides and the drivers, they are all hard working, courteous and kind people. Giving tips and tricks on the road such as where the nearest supermarket is to the hotel, or if there isn't one to by something on the afternoon. Given I was traveling with my 12 year old daughter that makes life alot easier and saved expensive restaurants when she was tired and not that hungry just wanting a snack. Luis and Ana in Madrid were great. Amanda accompanied us from Madrid to Zurich with Juan driving both were som good. Guitano took us from Zurich to Rome then we had the lovely Marina with Pedro driving till Innsbruck where we had the remaining couple of nights being looked after by Lucas driving and Rene giving us useful knowledge for Austria. They are all professional with the patience of saints, along with the local guides who accompanied us on the city tours. The good thing about this route is that although it is city based for a lot of the journey the two trips to the Alps (Swiss and Austrian) gave us some much needed outdoors experiences and fresh air. There is a lot of ground to cover and it's fast paced if you want to see somewhere in depth it's not the right trip but if you want to go to places that are familiar as well as the more off the usual city tour track then go for it.. We have a

Spain was good. Pablo was a good guide & Bergonia was great, a very kind & compassionate guide. In Geneva we were on the bus & did not go to the United Nations as mentioned in the itenarary. Alvarez was very indifferent, lazy & the worst guide possible. He dumped me in another bus with a non- English speaking group without consulting me. In Chambery the hotel was quite old, dirty carpets & had a musty smell. We never made it to Lugano & Morcote as there was a traffic jam but the group in the other bus went to Lugano. Marina was a good guide but had a very strong accent, not easy to follow. In Rome Phillipe was the worst guide possible, most inconsiderate, he was almost running not walking & did not stop for a toilet break, it was an extremely hot day & another tour group was sitting in the shade taking a break. Gattiani, the guide who took over in Rome was as bad as Phillipe. They didn't count the passengers & left some behind. The guide in Venice was terrible. He conveniently didn't bring the earphones & we didn't visit the Basilica, even though we had admission & it was included in the itenarary. The Novotel hotel was disgusting, dirty carpets & almost falling apart. The hotel in Kitzbuhl, Innsbruck was very old, no elevators, had to carry bags up the stairs & breakfast was very limited, no hot food. The guide in Vienna was very impatient. She allowed us only 30 mins at each stop, as she had another tour lined up. Seriously! They took us to Schonbrunn Palace & dumped us in the city centre in the afternoon & the rest were taken to the hotel. The tour in Vienna didn't last a day, only half a day. I would like a refund asap for the places that I was supposed to visit according to the itenarary & didn't. I paid for a particular itenarary & Europmundo didn't deliver. Overall it was a very badly organised & disappointing tour.

This was my first bus tour, and I had a great time. The itinerary was just as described and when the tour guides had to adjust the schedule, they kept us fully informed. This is a fast-paced tour: breakfast at 6:30 am and on the bus at 7:30 -8:00 am, lots of walking (I lost 13 lbs.). You get to see or experience a lot of European history, but it is not an in-depth experience at each destination. Shout out to the tour guides they all did an excellent job.
