  Very fast paced trip, some locations were very rushed and the time available to look around was minimal. Overall it was an awesome way to see Europe.

  Overall, my Europamundo experience (and the 15-day Beautiful Europe tour) was memorable. Accompanied and cared for by excellent tour guides, Gabriela, Maria Montserrat and Julio Magyar, the journey all over central and southern Europe made each day something to look forward to, despite the cold weather and occasional rains. Thank you so much, Europamundo, for the treasured memories.

  The tour was wonderful. All the tour guides were good. Eric and Israel was great. They were knowledgeable,caring and excellent tour guides.

  I had a 16-day Europe tour from Jun 10th to 26th 2024 and from the trauma of that tour of long distance non-stop city tour walking, I am until today having a nightmares of endless walking going to nowhere in my dreams. Vacation I believed should be enjoyable, this is the opposite. Some tour guides are rude, their objective is to finish their job on time with our convenience at the least. I don't feel like a tourist and I knew I am not alone. Example, Italy was so hot, but we were forced to a long continuous walk because the tourist guide said so, wherein at least they should stop once in awhile, let us breath or allow us to grab some cold drinks in between. It never happened. Our experience in Florence is the worst. Mario was our tour guide. The driver dropped us in the tourist site, met the local guide, walked around the city and was advised by Mario that after a 3 hrs free time, we have to go to the bus parking which is just a 15 minute walk. It was not ! We walked endlessly for more than 45 minutes with 35°C sun heat above our head until the end of the river. Most of our colleagues lost their way and walked double miles. All of us complaint but who is Mario to take all the complaints when he is just a poor staff of Europamundo. I believed that Europamundo has a lot to change on their itineraries considering mainly the existing weather on any particular region. It can not be "One size fits all". On a final note, I would like to say thank you to Rene, our tourist guide during our tour to Austria, Slovakia, Hungary and Czech Republic, our final destination. He is so hands-on with every single tourist in the bus. He listens to all our queries attentively. He even carries bag sometimes. On our last trip to Prague, he even clean the bus because he said the new batch of tourists will hop in. He is so adorable !! Hi Rene ? thank you. You made a lot of difference in such a short period of time. Keep it up !! And to Europamundo, kindly listen to us. We are the core of your business. Good luck !!
