Celine· April 28th, 2025The 9-day trip across Morocco was wonderful. We were able to discover the varied nature and culture of Morocco. Unfortunately, we were not so happy with our driver/guide. He took us from place to place safely and on time, but as his English was not good (we booked an English-speaking tour), we were unable to communicate well with him. As a result, he was not always able to answer our questions about the culture & country, etc.. His motivation was also limited and he did not communicate sufficiently. In addition, there was no planned stop for lunch. This was perhaps due to Ramadan. Nevertheless, we think that if a tour is offered during this time, the service should also be right. This was a huge shame for the price we paid. The guide in Fès was great, so we were able to learn a lot about the old town. According to the tour program, we were supposed to go sandboarding in the desert dunes. Unfortunately, this part of the program did not take place without explanation. Unfortunately, the pick-up at the airport did not go smoothly. There was no driver with a sign with our names at the airport. As it turned out later, it wasn't our official driver who picked us up from the airport, but someone else who was standing in for him.Show moreTrip date: March 2025

Since we have to travel far to get to Morocco, if there were to be any flight delays and we arrive late, will the tour continue with the same schedule?
