Itinerary
- Day 1
Casablanca to Rabat
Your driver-guide greets you at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca and takes you to see Hassan II Mosque, which sits right on the ocean and really is something to photograph. After that, you'll head to Rabat where you can walk through Hassan Tower and the Oudayas Kasbah before checking into your riad for the night.

- Day 2
Rabat to Chefchaouen
The drive to Chefchaouen takes you through small villages with good photo stops along the way. Once there, your guide leads you through the blue-painted medina, past the Grand Mosque and Andalusian Gardens, down the narrow streets where you'll see local architecture up close. You'll try some local food before heading back to your accommodation.

- Day 3
Meknes - Moulay Idriss - Volubilis - Fes
After a free morning in Chefchaouen, you'll travel to Meknes to check out the Ville Impériale area. From there, head up to Moulay Idriss for lunch, then see the Roman ruins at Volubilis, a UNESCO site with some of the best-preserved structures around. By evening you'll be settled into a traditional riad in Fes with options for a hammam or dinner at local spots.

Fes
After breakfast, a local guide takes you through the UNESCO-protected Fes medina with its confusing alley layout and narrow roads. You'll see madrasas and palaces, learn how locals actually live day to day, and visit the tanneries and mosaic workshops to understand the craftsmanship. Lunch and dinner spots are recommended, and you can either rest at your riad or take an optional cooking class with an English-speaking chef.

- Day 5
Fes to Merzouga
An early start gets you heading to the Sahara through Azrou and Cèdre Gouraud Forest, stopping for lunch in Midelt. You'll pass through Ziz Valley seeing old ksars, then near Merzouga visit a local artisan collective to learn about fossils. Later, you'll mount a camel for a sunset ride across the dunes before arriving at the luxury Erg Chebbi camp with glamping accommodations, meals, live music, and stargazing.

- Day 6
Todra Gorge - Dades Valley
Start the morning catching sunrise, then rent a sandboard to try your skills on the dunes. After that, head to Khemliya to see a traditional Saharan village with Mali origins, then continue through the dramatic gate into Rissani where there's a livestock auction. You'll travel to Tinerhir and explore the spectacular Todra Gorge that drops 300 meters, cool off in the river there, then continue to Dades Valley for the night.

Cross the High Atlas Mountains into Marrakech with panoramic views the whole way. Check into your elegant riad and have fresh mint tea by the pool, or head to Jemaa el-Fna square. You can grab dinner at nearby cafes or street vendors, or check out Marrakech's contemporary food options.

Marrakech
A private guide takes you through the UNESCO medina where you'll get lost in the souks exploring exotic spices, colorful babouches, and pierced lanterns. You'll learn about the medina's history and the Mellah neighborhood too. In the afternoon, check out Bahia and El Badii Palaces and then Majorelle Gardens with its 2.5 acres of water gardens, Berber art museum, and Yves Saint Laurent gallery. The evening is free to do what you want.
