  Enjoyed the tour. Saw many beautiful ancient sites, and the accommodation and included meals were great. Our main driver Pooran was the highlight. He was professional, knowledgeable, had a good sense of humour, and his car was spotless. We always felt safe with his driving, and the drives were a comfortable way to see the scenery. We also liked our tour guides in Delhi and in Agra, Dasrat and Bipul. The only reasons I am rating this as a 4 and not 5 star are: we were booked on a "Tiger Tour" at the time of year when it is least likely to see a tiger because most of the zones are closed for mating season. I feel we should have been made aware of this so that we could have adjusted our itinerary accordingly for maximum value. Second, the tour guides in Jaipur and Fatehpur Sikri had a tendency to sit us down in corners looking at walls and then monologue, and when I would look around to appreciate the site that we were in they would say "excuse me" to get my attention back (one even snapped his fingers at me). Finally, the driver that we had from Agra to Delhi airport was unprofessional and terrifying: he drove fast and aggressively while watching YouTube videos and constantly talking on his phone. This was an unfortunate way to end the experience. However, I passed this feedback on to Sonia and she was quick to respond (as she has been from the beginning), and polite and receptive to my feedback. So I am sure these things will be improved for the next people. Thank you Sonia and team for a pleasant and memorable experience!

  Me and and my friend (female, UK, 20's) really enjoyed the trip with Joyful Holidays. It was very well planned with a set driver (Ram ?), nice car and a new tour guide for each new spot we went to. The tour guides knew a lot of information and mostly were able to answer questions about each spot. Ram, our driver, was spectacular. Full of information, stories, and such a polite and efficient service. He went out of his way to make our trip better, stopping at tourist friendly restaurants & toilets, buying us local fruit, stopping to look at interesting things along the route and more - Couldn't ask for more ?? would recommend ?

  We had a great time on the six day golden triangle tour. The guides in each city were very informative and took good care of us. Our driver Mr. Pooran Singh was very kind and caring, we felt very safe with his good driving and he always kept the car very clean and nice and stocked with water bottles every day for us.   Tour went without any problems, exactly as described. Sonia responded quickly to all questions and queries. Driver was excellent- prompt, helpful and cheerful and we felt comfortable despite chaotic Indian traffic. Hotels were very comfortable (we paid for 5*) hotels. Tour guides were knowledgeable and all spoke fluent English. The tour covered all the must see sites which was great for us as first time visitors.

  We have had a great trip and would recommend Joyful Holidays to those considering a trip to India. The booking process was easy and Sonia was extremely helpful and responsive before and during our trip. Our driver Chander was great; he was very courteous, timely, and made us feel very safe throughout our trip. The guides in each city were also good, especially the guide in Agra who was very kind, knowledgeable and very helpful in pointing out the best picture spots! I also appreciated that each guide gave us the option of whether we wanted to go to the demonstration shops as we are people who don’t enjoy much shopping. I wouldn’t hesitant to recommend this tour or company to anyone!
