Cologne to Koblenz
If you're interested, there's an optional trip to Schloss Drachenburg castle in Königswinter, which sits on the Rhine with nice views and 19th-century architecture. From there, you'll cruise toward Koblenz through the afternoon, pulling in after sunset.

Koblenz to Rüdesheim
You can join a guided tour of Koblenz in the morning if you'd like, then take the funicular up to Ehrenbreitstein Fortress for views of the valley. The ship heads through the romantic Rhine Valley to Rüdesheim, where you'll have the evening free to walk through Drosselgasse and grab a drink or bite at one of the local cafés and bars.

Later, you'll cruise along the Neckar River to Heidelberg, arriving in the evening with a free night to do as you please.

Heidelberg to Eberbach
Optionally tour Heidelberg's pink-sandstone castle ruins, which offer views of the city and valley below, check out the castle gardens, and visit the Church of the Holy Spirit. After lunch on board, the ship heads to the medieval town of Eberbach along the river. Evening brings a gala dinner on the ship.
