Itinerary
- Day 1
Porto
You'll board the MS Miguel Torga at 5:00 p.m. and get settled into your cabin. After you've unpacked, there's a welcome cocktail where you can meet the crew and other passengers. If you're interested, an optional coach tour of Porto by night is available later in the evening, which gives you a chance to see the city lit up before the ship departs.

Cruising
The morning takes you on a cruise along the Douro River. If you want to explore further, there's an optional guided tour of Lamego, a charming riverside town. By evening, you'll be back on the ship where the crew puts on dancing entertainment to keep things lively.

Cruising
You have the option to visit the Douro Museum and head to a quinta for olive oil and wine tasting in the morning. Later, you'll cruise through more of the river's scenic landscape. The evening features onboard entertainment, so there's plenty to do without leaving the ship if you prefer to relax.

Porto
After a morning of cruising, you'll choose between two guided excursions in the afternoon. The Classic tour includes St. Francis Church, Bolsa Palace with its Golden Room and Arab Room, plus a visit to an azulejo tile workshop. The Discovery option takes you on a tram tour to the mouth of the Douro followed by local specialty tasting. The evening is yours to do as you like.

Porto
The morning is free, so you can walk around Porto on your own schedule and check out whatever catches your interest. In the afternoon, you can either take a guided tour of Guimar\u00e3es or head to the charming Afurada village with a visit to the Heritage Interpretive Center and time to wander the backstreets and try some local seafood. Tonight is gala evening with dinner and traditional folk entertainment.
