Itinerary
- Day 1
Dar es Salaam to Nyerere National Park
A hotel pickup gets you to the airstrip for your flight into Nyerere National Park. Once you land, you'll start with a bushman walking experience and breakfast to ease into things. From there, head to Mloka for a village tour to get a sense of local life. The afternoon involves a boat safari on the Rufiji River where you'll watch for crocodiles, hippos, and various birds from the water. After lunch, a game drive takes you through the park before you settle in at Selous Impala Camp for dinner and your first night.

Nyerere National Park
You've got a full day ahead with a professional driver and guide leading a game drive from camp. Watch for elephant, zebra, giraffe, different antelope species, and birds as you move through wetlands, grasslands, and acacia forests with mountain views in the distance. A packed lunch breaks up the drive, and you'll have time to rest in the afternoon. Depending on road conditions, there's a chance to visit a hot spring and take a swim if things work out. Evening means heading back to camp for dinner and another night.

Nyerere National Park to Zanzibar
Start with breakfast and a morning game drive through Nyerere National Park one last time. You'll have a packed lunch and an afternoon rest before heading out for a final game drive that wraps up around 3pm. After that, transfer to Mtemere Airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar, ending with a hotel drop-off.
