Itinerary

Nairobi to Lake Nakuru National Park
Head out early from Nairobi toward Lake Nakuru National Park, driving through rural countryside where you'll likely spot giraffes and zebras along the way. Once you arrive, a guided game drive takes up the morning as you look for wildlife like giraffes, elephants, and lions throughout the park. You'll break for a picnic breakfast somewhere in the park, then spend the afternoon at Lake Nakuru's shores where thousands of flamingos gather along with various other bird species. The drive back to Nairobi happens in the early evening, wrapping up your day by then.
