Itinerary
- Day 1
Phnom Penh
You'll arrive at Phnom Penh International Airport and get transferred to your hotel. After settling in, the rest of the evening is yours to rest up before the next day's activities begin.
- Day 2
Phnom Penh
This morning you'll check out Phnom Penh's key religious and royal sites. The Silver Pagoda comes first, where you'll see those impressive Italian marble steps and walk across the 5000+ silver floor tiles. From there, you head to the Royal Palace to tour the traditional Khmer Throne Room built in 1917. By late afternoon, make your way to Wat Phnom, the hilltop pagoda that holds four Buddha statues and offers views over the city.

Phnom Penh to Siem Reap
After breakfast, you'll head to the bus station for a 7-hour ride to Siem Reap. The journey takes you through countryside where you'll pass local houses and get a sense of life outside the capital. Once you arrive, transfer to your hotel, check in, and spend the evening relaxing.

Siem Reap
This is a full day in Angkor Archaeological Park. You'll wake at 5:00 am to catch sunrise at either Angkor Wat or Ta Prohm, the complex's most photographed temple. After sunrise, head back for breakfast at the hotel. Later in the morning, continue on to Angkor Thom to explore the South Gate, Victory Gate, Gate of the Death, Terrace of the Elephants, and Terrace of the Leper King throughout the day.

Siem Reap
The morning is free time at your pace. In the afternoon, you'll visit an authentic floating village where families live in traditional wooden houseboats. The village's location shifts seasonally depending on lake water levels. You'll stop at a local home to learn how people actually live on the water. After that, head 15 minutes away to the Silk Farm of Artisans d'Angkor, where underprivileged artisans create traditional silk using ancient crafts.

Siem Reap
