- Day 1
Casablanca to Rabat
You'll get picked up from your Casablanca accommodation or airport and head to Hassan II Mosque to check it out. From there, it's on to Rabat where you'll walk through Hassan Tower, the Kasbah of Oudayas, the Royal Palace, and the Chellah ruins. You'll also see the Mausoleum of Mohammed V before grabbing lunch. After that, you'll settle into your riad or hotel in Rabat for the night.

Rabat to Chefchaouen
After breakfast at your Rabat accommodation, you're heading toward Chefchaouen, the famous Blue City in the Rif Mountains. There's a lunch stop along the way, and then you'll arrive in Chefchaouen with a free afternoon to wander around at your own pace. You'll stay in an authentic riad or hotel for the night.

Chefchaouen
You'll have breakfast and then join a guided tour with a local guide through Chefchaouen's blue-washed houses and cobblestone streets. The tour covers the Medina and the colorful souks, and you'll stop for Moroccan tea at a local café with views over the town. You'll visit Ras ElMa River and see the Spanish Mosque from the 1920s. Before heading back to your accommodation, there's time to browse the main square for handicrafts.

You'll arrive in Fez later in the day, have dinner at leisure, and stay at a top-rated accommodation in the city center.

Fez to Merzouga
You're leaving Fez after breakfast and traveling through the Swiss-style town of Ifrane and cedar forests in Azrou. There's a lunch stop in Midelt, then you'll drive through the Ziz Valley's lush palm groves. After visiting a fossil workshop in Erfoud, you'll arrive in Merzouga for a camel trek through the golden dunes. You'll watch the sunset, eat a traditional Berber-Saharan dinner with live nomadic music and dancing around the campfire, then stay overnight in a 5-star desert camp.

From there, you'll travel through Tinjdad and Tinghir, taking in the Sahara landscapes. Next is Todra Gorge, Morocco's tallest canyon with towering cliffs. You'll continue to Dades Gorges for lunch at a charming roadside spot and explore lush palm groves and Berber villages with unique rock formations. Dinner and an overnight stay are at your accommodation in Dades Valley.

You'll start with breakfast before heading to Marrakech. Next is the Atlas Film Studios, known from Gladiator and Game of Thrones. You'll see the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and cross the scenic Tizi N'Tichka Pass with views of the High Atlas and Berber villages. Lunch is at leisure in the Berber village of Teddart before continuing to Marrakech and your premium accommodation.

Marrakech to Essaouira
You'll have breakfast at your hotel and leave Marrakech early at 8:00 AM for Essaouira. Along the way, you'll see the landscape change from Marrakech's green plains to the Atlantic coast. Before reaching Essaouira, you'll stop at an argan oil cooperative to learn about production. In Essaouira, you'll walk through the vibrant medina (a UNESCO World Heritage site) with blue-shuttered houses, artisan workshops, and souks. You'll explore the Skala de la Ville fortress with ocean views and the busy fishing port with colorful boats. There's time to walk along the beaches with golden sands and see Moulay Hassan Square. Lunch is at a seaside restaurant before you head back to Marrakech in the evening.

You're leaving Marrakech for the quiet Valley of Ourika, where green forests of the Atlas Mountains surround you. If you're up for it, there's a guided hike to higher areas with waterfalls of Setti Fatma and panoramic views of peaks and valleys. Lunch is an authentic Moroccan tajine at a riverside restaurant with views of cascading waterfalls and terraced gardens. After eating, you'll take a leisurely walk along the riverbanks before heading back to Marrakech in the late afternoon. There's an optional Moroccan hammam and spa experience when you arrive.

You'll wrap up your 13-day journey with a transfer from Marrakech to Casablanca. Your driver will drop you at Casablanca Airport, your hotel, or wherever you prefer in Casablanca. The transfer runs between 08:00 and 19:00, giving you time to reflect on everything you've seen and all the cultural experiences you've had.
