Itinerary
- Day 1
Rabat - Chefchaouen
You'll arrive at Mohammed V International Airport and meet your guide right away. First stop is Hassan II Mosque, then you're heading to Rabat to see Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. After that, the Kasbah of the Oudaias with its blue-painted streets is next on the list. You'll grab lunch at a local restaurant serving traditional Moroccan dishes, and then drive toward Chefchaouen with views of the Rif Mountains along the way. Once you check into your riad, spend the afternoon walking through the famous blue streets of the medina. As evening comes, you take a sunset walk and try traditional Moroccan cuisine.

- Day 2
Volubilis - Meknes - Fes
After breakfast, you have free time to wander through Chefchaouen's blue alleys before heading to Volubilis. There you'll explore the Roman ruins, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for intricate mosaics, temples, and a grand arch. From there, continue to Meknes to check out the Bab Mansour gate and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. Then you travel to Fes and settle into your riad for the night, getting a real sense of an authentic Moroccan experience.

- Day 3
Fes
You start the day with a local guide exploring Fes and its rich history. The Royal Palace comes first, where you'll see grand gates and gardens while learning about the Moroccan monarchy. Next is the Bou Inania Madrasa with its beautiful architecture, followed by the Kairaouine Mosque, one of the oldest universities in the world (non-Muslims will explore the exterior while getting insights from your guide). You'll then wander through the medina's bustling souks looking for souvenirs, and visit the famous tanneries to see how leather is made using traditional techniques. Lunch at a local restaurant rounds out the day.

Ifrane - Midelt - Merzouga Desert
Traveling from Fes to Ifrane means you'll see Swiss-style architecture and beautiful parks in this charming town known as 'Little Switzerland.' You explore the town square and gardens, then continue to Midelt through the Middle Atlas with its scenic landscapes. A stop in the Cedar Forests gives you a chance to photograph Barbary macaques. Midelt itself is known for apple orchards and a laid-back vibe. The drive continues through the Ziz Valley with palm groves, dramatic cliffs, and oases alongside the Ziz River. You arrive in Merzouga Desert and experience a camel ride to Erg Chebbi sand dunes, watching the sunset before settling into traditional Berber tents. Mint tea and snacks follow, along with live music, drumming, and dancing around a campfire, and you'll spend time stargazing in the clear desert sky.

- Day 5
Rissani - Todra Gorge - Dades Valley
Early risers wake up to watch the sunrise over the dunes, and after breakfast at camp, you ride back to Merzouga by camel. Traveling from Merzouga to Dades Valley takes you through stunning landscapes, with a stop at Rissani, a historic town with a souk where you can try local pastries and medfouna (Berber pizza). Todra Gorge is next, featuring impressive cliffs and a chance to explore on foot. Then you continue to Dades Valley to see towering cliffs and rock formations called 'Monkey Fingers' with incredible photo opportunities. You explore several trails in the valley and spend the night immersed in the landscapes and local culture.

Kalaat Megouna - Skoura - Ouarzazate - Marrakech
After breakfast, you drive from Dades Valley to Kalaat Megouna through mountainous landscapes with views of the Dades River and surrounding mountains. This town is known for rose production, especially during May blooms, and hosts an annual Rose Festival. You explore the town with local markets and rose product shops. Continuing to Skoura, famous for palm groves and historic kasbahs, you visit Kasbah Amridil, one of the best-preserved kasbahs in the region. Then you drive to Ouarzazate and visit Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site with traditional earthen clay kasbahs and dramatic Atlas Mountain views (it's a popular filming location). The drive to Marrakech goes through the Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tachka pass with stunning High Atlas views, and you arrive in the afternoon.

- Day 7
Marrakech
You start exploring the Medina with a guide who points out hidden artisan workshops and traditional riads. Jemaa el-Fnaa square in the morning is lively with stalls selling fresh juice and local delicacies. Next comes Bahia Palace where you stroll through gardens and learn about intricate architecture and historical stories. The Saadian Tombs are an important historical stop with cultural significance. The Ben Youssef Madrasa shows off intricate tile work, carved cedar wood, and beautiful stucco. Your tour ends at Jardin Majorelle, a peaceful spot with exotic plants and vibrant colors. You relax at the café with a refreshing drink or light snack while soaking in the serene atmosphere.
