- AKari French· November 7th, 2025This was our first experience with a group tour and it was great! I loved the variety of experiences, the accommodations were 4-5 star and our tour manager, Armando, was amazing! We will definitely consider a Collette tour again.Show moreTrip date: July 2025Review collected by Collette

- AChristine Lebenns· November 7th, 2025There were so many great experiences. The train rides. The lakes, the tours. It all was so memorable. Being able to see the Matterhorn was definitely a highlight. The only thing I would say is maybe stay more than one night in St. Moritz. You get there later in the afternoon and cannot really enjoy all it has to offer.Show moreTrip date: July 2025Review collected by Collette
- AJohn Dalton· November 7th, 2025I had a great trip and our Tour Manager made the trip even more enjoyable! Every day we had an activity and free time to explore. My favorite thing about the trip was hiking under the Matterhorn and seeing Mount Pilatus. The Hotel's were all unique and had a boutique feel, with rooms decorated like the towns we were visiting. Some of my favorite things this trip were Lago Maggiore (Stesa), FAI Cheese Tour, the Cog Wheel Train, Lucerne Old Town, exploring the Village of Zermatt and St. Moritz. The pace of the tour was quick, but also in depth in each location. The Tour Manager was always available to give her suggestions as to what to do during our "Free Time". She even helped us find a Tobbogan to ride... (not an included event, but maybe should be?)Show moreTrip date: July 2025Review collected by Collette
- AMaureen Munson· November 7th, 2025Our guide went out of his way when rain was coming in…he found something else for us to do. That was above our expectations. The train ride…Fabulous. So glad we got to see the lion of the Swiss Guards.Show moreTrip date: August 2025Review collected by Collette
- ADeborah· June 5th, 2025Tour was a good picture of Switzerland with a combination of cities, villages, and mountains. The dip into Italy was nice for a chance of pace and scenery. Our group was phenomenal. Our guide, Vili, did a wonderful job of creating a cohesive group that was supportive, friendly, and fun. The Matterhorn had to be the best experience. Our time there was clear weather and just a very light snow, perfect.Show moreTrip date: April 2025Review collected by Collette

Asked on April 4th, 2025can you please advise if we are able to upgrade the Rail pass to 1st class and what the additional cost would be for this
ColletteOperator•Written April 2025All trains are second class. Trains without a ticket class next to them are a shorter train that does not have classes of tickets. Collette purchases group tickets for each train journey, so there is no possibility for upgraded train tickets on Alpine Lakes and Scenic Trains. Swiss Rail Passes are not used on tour.

Asked on March 28th, 2025Would we be responsible for transferring our luggage between hotels?
ColletteOperator•Written March 2025All the guests will leave their bags outside their hotel room door in the morning that it's time to depart to the next Hotel and the tour manager should advise this to everyone the night before. The hotel staff handles taking larger checked size luggage from the rooms to the bus and from the bus to the hotel. All you will take is your personal items you wish to carry or any carryon bags.
