Itinerary
- Day 1
Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha
After arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you'll be picked up and driven to your hotel in Arusha, about an hour away. The drive offers views of Mount Kilimanjaro if the weather cooperates. If you get in early, there's time for a guided tour of Arusha covering historical sites like the Uhuru Monument, local markets, and an art gallery.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Breakfast happens at 7:00 am before heading to Tarangire National Park, roughly 1 hour 45 minutes away. After checking in at the gate, you'll start game drives with lunch in the afternoon. Drives continue into the evening before returning to your lodge for dinner.

Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
Your guide picks you up at 6:30 am for the drive to Serengeti National Park, about 3 hours out. Along the way you'll stop at the Olduvai Gorge Museum in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Lunch happens at Naabi Hill Gate, then afternoon game drives continue until you head back as evening approaches.

Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you'll head out at 7:00 am for game drives in Central Serengeti. Today focuses on tracking the Big Five: lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos. You'll return to your lodge by evening for dinner.

- Day 5
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Tarangire
You'll leave at 6:00 am after breakfast and drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, roughly 2 hours away. The day includes a crater tour game drive with a picnic lunch inside the crater itself. Later, you drive to a lodge near Tarangire (about 45 minutes from the gate), getting there around 5:00 pm for dinner.

Lake Manyara National Park to Kilimanjaro Airport
Your final safari day takes you to Lake Manyara National Park at the base of the Great Rift Valley. You'll drive through lush forests and open savannahs around the alkaline lake, looking for tree-climbing lions, elephants, giraffes, and various birds. After the game drive, you'll head to Kilimanjaro Airport timed with your departure.
