Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Bangkok
You'll land in Bangkok and meet your private guide at the airport for the transfer to your hotel. After checking in, the afternoon and evening are open. You can relax and recover from the flight, or your guide can point you toward nearby spots worth checking out if you're feeling up for a walk around the neighborhood.

- Day 2
Bangkok Grand Palace and Temples
Your guide takes you through Bangkok's major temples and palaces starting with the Grand Palace and the Emerald Buddha. From there, you'll head to Wat Pho to see the massive gold-plated Reclining Buddha. After lunch, a water taxi gets you to Wat Arun (The Dawn Temple) before heading back to your hotel by evening.

Floating Markets and Street Food
Early morning drive to Maeklong Railway Market where vendors quickly pack up their goods as trains pass through. Then it's off to the 100-year-old Damnoen Saduak Floating Market for a long-tail boat ride. Lunch comes next, followed by a tuk-tuk tour through Bangkok's street food scene, sampling satay, curries, and Chinese-Thai desserts in Chinatown before returning to your hotel.

You'll have free time this morning in Bangkok before your guide picks you up for the flight to Siem Reap. After landing, your private guide meets you at the airport and handles your transfer to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is yours to walk around and get a feel for the city.

Angkor Thom and Angkor Wat
A full day exploring the Angkor Wat complex starts at Angkor Thom's West Gate. You'll see Bayon Temple with its 200+ carved faces, then visit Baphuon Temple, Phimeanakas, and the royal terraces. In the afternoon, tour Angkor Wat itself, then head to Phnom Bakheng to watch the sunset before returning to your hotel.

This morning offers an optional early sunrise tour over Angkor Wat with bird watching and chances to interact with monks and nuns if you're interested. A boat trip takes you through Kompong Phluk Floating Village on Tonle Sap, Southeast Asia's largest fresh-water lake. You'll explore the stilted community and local schools by water, then discover a floating village and nearby high-stake houses. In the afternoon, you'll fly to Da Nang and get transferred to your hotel in Hoi An with the rest of the day to settle in.

Hoi An Ancient Town and Waterways
Start with a walking tour of Hoi An's ancient town, visiting the Chinese Assembly Hall, temples, and 16th-century houses. Then you'll head out on an eco-tour along the Fishermen & Waterways where you'll learn traditional fishing techniques and paddle Vietnamese bamboo basket boats through coconut-palm lined waterways. It's hands-on and works for all ages.

Hoi An to Hanoi
You'll be transferred to Da Nang for your flight to Hanoi. Your private guide meets you when you land and takes you to your hotel, helping with your luggage and check-in to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Hanoi Essentials and Water Puppets
A full day tour covers Hanoi's highlights starting with the Ho Chi Minh Complex, including his Mausoleum and stilt-house. You'll visit The Hoa Lo Prison, The One Pillar Pagoda, and The Temple of Literature (Vietnam's oldest university from 1070). After lunch, the Museum of Ethnology shows life-size structures of Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups. An hour-long cyclo ride through the Old Quarter comes next, finishing with a traditional Vietnamese Water Puppets Show.

Halong Bay Cruise
A 3-hour drive takes you to Halong City where you'll board a traditional Vietnamese junk for a 1.5-day cruise. You'll cruise around limestone islets and caves, then relax on deck watching the sunset over the water. Dinner happens in the evening with all meals included. Optional activities like swimming, kayaking, and diving are available if you're interested.

Halong Bay to Hanoi
Wake early for sunrise over the bay and a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck. Continue cruising with options to kayak or take a traditional rowing boat to explore local fishing communities. Around 10:30 am you'll disembark at Tuan Chau International Passenger Port and return to Hanoi with your guide, which takes about 3 hours by car.
