- Mary· July 21st, 2025We were expecting to be picked up at our hotel for Verona tomorrow at 10am. We now have to be at the visitors information centre, 38 minutes walk from our hotel at 6.45. Breakfast, which does not commence until 7am, was included with our tour, we will have to now leave before 6am. I am hoping you will provide at least some compensation, or a pick up from our hotel as advertised. Regards Mary Wallace. This was the email I sent to the company who did the Verona tour. - Qadeer· December 10th, 2024We enjoyed the tour overall but hotels definitely need to be upgraded. Though location of hotels in Florence and Venice was perfect but both were not better than a 2 stars rating. In Rome, what was reserved was not a hotel but a AirBnB kind of property and location was far from tour meetings and that needs to be considered. The best part of the tour was the trip to Pisa, Sienna and San Gimignano from Florence and above all the availability of our PoC at all time was a big plus.Show more

Asked on January 22nd, 2025Is it possible to book this tour for 4 days and 3 nights and terminate the tour on day 4 in Verona? If so, we would appreciate a quote for this itinerary for 2 senior adults staying at the Room Mate Giulia. If it's not a problem, how much more would it cost to stay at the VIU Hotel Milan or the Bulgari Hotel Milano? Do you have any recommendations or opinions regarding these 3 hotel options?

The Verona tour starts in Verona, therefore, if you need it to be customized we can arrange it privately. Regarding the hotels room mate giulia is a lovely 4 star hotel and the other two are 5 stars, excellent hotels in the perfect location, I personally stayed at the VIU hotel and I think is very nice however I believe if you are lookinf for something fancier I will chose the Bulgari hotel Milano.

Traveler•Written January 2025If possible, we need a quote for a 3 night group tour starting in Milan on June 2 at the Room Mate Giula and having the ability for us to end our tour in Verona on June 5.

Start and end every day in Milan. On day 4, when going to Verona, we also go to Garda lake. Therefore, we can not end in Verona, unless you want to miss half of the tour. We can take you with the tour to Verona but you will not be able to see the other half of the tour. Day 4 ends in Lake Garda and from there return to Milan.
