Itinerary
- Day 1
San José to Manuel Antonio
Your bus heads through oil palm plantations and tropical scenery, rolling toward the coastal town of Quepos and then Manuel Antonio National Park. Once you're settled into your hotel, the afternoon is yours to spend however you like, whether that's lounging by the pool or wandering around town. The park itself has rainforest, nice beaches, and lots of wildlife to see.

- Day 2
Manuel Antonio
After breakfast, you'll head out with a local guide on a hike through Manuel Antonio National Park. The trek takes around 3.5 hours and winds through rainforest where you might see monkeys, sloths, toucans, and pelicans. Later in the afternoon, you visit an organic farm to learn about Costa Rican cooking, pick fresh ingredients from the garden, then help prepare and eat dinner there.

- Day 3
Manuel Antonio to San José (or optional extension)
You'll have breakfast early, and then depending on what you booked, either head back to San José or continue on to Arenal or Monteverde national parks. Breakfast is covered before you leave.
