Itinerary
- Day 1
Dublin
You'll arrive in Dublin and connect with your tour guide for a transfer to your hotel near Grafton Street. The afternoon is yours to explore on your own, so there's plenty of time to wander through one of Dublin's food markets, walk around the vibrant Temple Bar district, or if you're interested, arrange an optional whiskey tasting at Teeling Distillery. If you'd rather experience the local atmosphere, the Merry Ploughboy pub offers live music and a good sense of what Dublin's evening feels like.

- Day 2
Adare - Killarney
The drive heads toward Cashel, where you'll see the Rock of Cashel with its ancient church ruins perched on a hilltop. After that, you'll continue through the charming village of Adare with its colorful thatched cottages lining the streets. From there it's on to Killarney, a lively town that sits right next to a national park with three beautiful lakes. The whole route covers about 330 km over 4.5 hours.

- Day 3
Killarney
Start the day at the gardens of Muckross House before heading onto the Ring of Kerry, a famous coastal drive that takes you through small towns like Killorglin, Glenbeigh, and Cahirciveen. On the return route to Killarney, you'll pass through Coomakista Pass and Moll's Gap, with views of Killarney National Park along the way. Ladies View gives you another vantage point to see the landscape. This full circle drive is roughly 220 km and takes about 5 hours.

- Day 4
Tarbert - Cliffs of Moher - Burren - Galway
This morning you'll travel to Tarbert and take a ferry across the Shannon Estuary, then drive to the Cliffs of Moher where the landscape drops 200 meters straight to the sea. After that, you'll move through the Burren region and see its distinctive karst terrain along with prehistoric sites scattered throughout. At a working farm, you'll watch a herding dog demonstration, and by evening you'll arrive in Galway, the university city on Ireland's west coast.

- Day 5
Connemara - Cong - Kylemore Abbey
Today takes you into Connemara, a region known for its secluded valleys, moorland, dark lakes, and mountains. Keep watch for semi-wild Connemara ponies while driving through. You'll stop in Cong, a small village famous from the film 'The Quiet Man'. Next is Kylemore Abbey, a neo-Gothic monastery set right on a lake surrounded by mountains and home to Benedictine nuns. On the return to Galway, the coastal route passes through areas where Irish is still the main language. This loop is about 175 km and takes 3.5 hours.

Boyne Valley - Dublin
An early start takes you back across the island toward Dublin. Along the way, you'll stop in the Boyne Valley to visit the Brú na Bóinne information center and one of the ancient burial mounds (depending on what's open that day). These Neolithic passage tombs at Newgrange and Knowth are the largest and most important in Ireland and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. They're actually older than the Egyptian pyramids. The drive covers about 265 km over 4 hours.

- Day 7
Dublin
A guided city tour takes you through Dublin's main sights, including St. Patrick's Cathedral. You'll also walk around the grounds of Trinity College, one of Ireland's oldest universities. The afternoon is yours to spend however you like. Shop on Grafton Street or Henry Street if that appeals to you, check out the EPIC Experience Museum, or head to the Guinness Storehouse where you'll get a free pint in the Gravity Bar and can see across the whole city.
