I highly recommend visiting Jordan. Wonderful country with so much history, amazing cultural monuments, breathtaking sights and mainly lovely people. I actually stayed 9 nights. Flow Travel & Tourism is the agency to choose. It is a local company, who knows the country better than anyone else, reliable and strives to make their clients feel good and improve services for future guests. Kudos to Amina. Azmi, the driver, is a wonderful person, very kind and a careful driver, I always felt safe in the van. Rakan, the guide, has a lot of knowledge, is passionate about his work/country and is sociable/communicative. There were some disputes, but in the end he made everything happen, which I appreciate. Regarding the hotels: except the Ramada Resort Dead Sea, which is in a desolate state, all the hotels incl. the campground were great. Enjoy your stay!

We were told by everyone not to go to Jordan with the war in Palestine/Israel. They said it wouldn’t be safe. That was absolutely not true! We never had a single pro and had a great time. Rami met us at the airport and entry was seamless. Our driver Mowafaq was great. This tour was a good combination of independence and guided. Having a dedicated driver was nice and we got to know him on a personal level which added to our knowledge about the culture and the country. But having some time to explore in our own was very valuable. We got to meet some really great people because we weren’t hurried along in a large group like other tours I have been on. The visit to Petra and Wadi Rum were by far the highlight. But exploring Amman and Jerash was also really nice and gave us a sense of the country and its history. We had a guide in Petra but not any other site. We requested one for Jerash and I’m so glad we did! I’m not sure if this is normal for tours of this kind. We didn’t have anyone to explain Karak or Mt Nebo so we just walked around and read any signs available. It would have been helpful to have someone there to tell us what we were looking at. As 2 women unaccompanied around some places we had zero issues. In fact, we met some of the most welcoming people who were happy to share their country with us. The company was great at communicating before our tour.

The driver and car were excellent. I was expecting to be on a group tour so having my own private tour was a bonus. On my driver's advice the order of some of the itinerary had to be changed due to the risk of trouble on the first day of the tour which was a Friday. We went to Shobuk Castle instead of Kerak but that was fine. The hotels were very comfortable and the food was very good. I really enjoyed all the visits included in the tour. I was a bit disappointed with the 4WD tour in Wadi Rum. The driver turned up half an hour late and then drove like crazy to make up time, so I only had 1 and a half hours drive. I am an older person and the driver was not equipped with a step to help me get into the back of the truck. Also his front windscreen was cracked so I couldn't really see out properly. Apart from that all the trips were very good. Mamdouh, the driver was kind and considerate and I felt entirely safe all the time. The only other thing I would say is that the free day in Amman was not really necessary, or perhaps some optional activities could have been suggested for that day. Overall I would say that the tour was good value for money and it was great to have everything arranged and included .
