  1. Day 1

    Lahore

    After landing in Lahore, you'll be picked up and taken to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and get some rest before exploring.

  2. Day 2

    Lahore

    Grab breakfast and then head into Lahore's old city. You'll check out Lahore Museum to see artifacts from the region, then walk through Delhi Bazaar where the narrow streets feel like stepping back in time. After that, you'll see Wazir Khan Mosque and Anarkali Tomb before heading back to your hotel for dinner.

    This morning starts with Lahore Fort, the UNESCO site with 21 different structures to see. From there, you'll drive to Shalimar Gardens and then visit Badshahi Mosque, Minar e Pakistan, and the Tomb of Allama Iqbal. By evening you're back at the hotel.

    After breakfast, you'll head toward Islamabad on the M-2 motorway, a 235-mile drive through nice scenery with a couple stops along the way. Once you arrive, settle into your accommodation and relax for the evening.

    Islamabad to Khaplu

    You'll take a domestic flight to Skardu and then drive about 4 hours to Khaplu. Upon arrival, check out Khaplu Fort and Chaqchan Mosque before spending the night at Serena Khaplu.

    Khaplu to Shigar

    After breakfast, head to Shigar Valley and stop at the Cold Desert for a 4WD ride. You'll pass through Shigar Viewpoint on the way, then visit the Old Mosque and Shigar Fort before settling in at Shigar Fort Serena.

    Shigar to Hunza Valley

    Today's a long drive to Hunza Valley, taking about 7 hours through mountain scenery. You'll pass through high-altitude landscapes with the Karakoram Range surrounding you the whole way.

  8. Day 8

    Hunza Valley

    Walk through Karimabad bazaar and visit Baltit and Altit Forts. Both places have great views across the valley and the peaks beyond, and the architecture shows a lot of the region's history.

    Hunza Valley Excursion

    You'll drive to Attabad Lake for a boat ride on the turquoise water. After that, check out Gulmit and see the Old House and a carpet weaving center. Later, visit Ghulkin Village and cross the Hussaini Suspension Bridge to reach Borith Lake. The day finishes at White Glacier.

    Khunjerab Pass and Passu

    Head early toward Khunjerab Pass at 15,397 feet, the highest paved border crossing between two countries. You'll stop at Passu to see the landscape, then return to Attabad Lake for a quiet evening.

  11. Day 11

    Hunza Valley to Islamabad

    Transfer to Gilgit airport in the morning for a domestic flight back to Islamabad. When you arrive, you have free time to explore the city or just relax at your hotel.

  12. Day 12

    Islamabad to Taxila and Hassanabdal

    From Islamabad, you'll drive to Taxila, a UNESCO site with Buddhist ruins over 2,000 years old. Check out the archaeological areas and the museum with Gandhara artifacts. Then head to Hassanabdal to visit Panja Sahib Gurudwara and Katas Raj Temples.

    We have a geat journey of experiences through cultural and heritage trails of Hunza Valley, Islamabad, Peshawar and Lahore. We journey through awesome beauty of blossom apricot, apple and cherry flowers in the valley, great view of snow capped mountains of Rakaposhi, Passu and walking across Hussani Suspension Bridge. Learned the history of forts un valley as well as Rohtas. Also amazed by the well preserved historical ruins of buddhist sites. Visited the grand Faisal Mosque. We were also welcome to home of locals in Hunza Valley and enjoyed their hospitality. We enhoyed the local cuisine through our journey.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
