Itinerary
- Day 1
Lisbon to Évora
Your journey starts with a transfer from Lisbon airport or your hotel to Évora, located in the Alentejo region. Once you arrive, a guided walking tour takes you through the city's main historical sites, including the Roman Temple, Évora Cathedral, and the Chapel of Bones inside Saint Francis Church. After settling into your accommodation, the rest of the day is yours to use as you like. You can wander around the Roman baths, walk through the old streets, or head to a traditional restaurant for dinner where you'll find local dishes and regional specialties.

- Day 2
Évora
After breakfast, you'll head out at 9am to discover the Alentejo's local traditions and food culture. First stop is São Pedro do Corval, where you'll see how traditional clay crafting works and have the chance to make your own piece if you'd like. From there, you head to Monsaraz, a medieval village sitting on a hilltop with views across the Alentejo plains and the Alqueva dam. You'll have time to walk the medieval streets and check out the castle. Lunch happens at a traditional Alentejo restaurant before visiting Herdade do Espor ão winery for a wine tasting. You'll return to Évora for the evening.

- Day 3
Évora
Leaving at 9am, you'll travel to Elvas, Europe's most fortified city, to see Forte da Graça, an impressive star-shaped fortress and UNESCO World Heritage site. After exploring the fortress, you can walk through the historic center and view the XVI century Amoreira aqueduct, a remarkable engineering achievement. Then it's on to Estremoz, the 'white city' known for its hillside white houses, old walls, and a distinctive 27-meter marble tower. Lunch is during your free time, and afterward you'll visit a cork factory to learn how cork goes from tree bark to finished products. You'll head back to Évora for the night.
