Itinerary
- Day 1
Hanoi to Sapa
Your hotel pickup happens around 7:30 AM for the drive to Sapa along Vietnam's longest highway. The route takes you through the Red River Delta with scenic countryside the whole way. You'll arrive in town by noon, grab lunch, and then head out to Sa Xéng Village for an afternoon trek. The trail goes through Muong Hoa Valley past rice terraced fields and small villages, mostly downhill so it's easier on the legs. By evening your driver brings you back to Sapa town to settle into your hotel.

- Day 2
Sapa
After breakfast at the hotel, you start trekking toward Muong Hoa Valley with a first stop at Cat Cat village. There's a waterfall to see there, and if the timing works out, you'll catch traditional music and dance performances from the Black H'mong people. The path then continues on quieter dirt trails heading to Lao Chai village where the valley views really open up. Lunch is a basic meal at a local food store along the way. Later you descend further to reach both Lao Chai and Ta Van villages where you'll stay at a local homestay and have dinner included.

- Day 3
Sapa to Hanoi
The morning is yours to relax, wander around Sapa town, or shop if you want. Your guide and driver can arrange more trekking if you're interested in that instead. At 1:00 PM you head back toward Hanoi on the same highway route, and you'll arrive back in the city around 6:00 PM.
