Customer Reviews
- Peter· August 17th, 2025Overall tour was good. One if the three Hotels chosen by Collete was sub par. No restaurant was open, only one cafeteria and place was mostly empty. I believe Hotel owners gave Collete a sweet deal to bring its business here which outweighs giving its customer the best possible Hotel experience. We also had our tour guide pull a quick one on us before our flight from Honolulu to another island. The group was told that everyone would be charged an extra 50 bucks to transport our luggage which would speed up the days travel. I believe everyone paid this, we did really didn't have a choice. Had scam written all over this. Extra 2 grand in tour guides pocket. Collette mgmt..if you read this you may want to look into this. Cory was your guides name.Show more
- Petra· August 17th, 2025The whole tour was excellently planned and organized. There were breathtaking places to see around the world. Our tour guide, Haydee, did a great deal to ensure that everything went so smoothly. She looked after all our fellow travelers around the clock and was always eager to respond to our wishes. You could come to her with any problem or question. Big praise to her! The performance of our coach driver must also be emphasized, as there were some really difficult routes to cover and we always felt very safe and comfortable. All in all - a very impressive tour. Many thanksShow more
- Lee· August 1st, 2025USA was founded on the west coast and South Dakota has a lot to see and experience - Rushmore, Crazy Horse (500 years to complete), Deadwood, Badlands etc and if you want a wild west experience, the stage show and three course meal is wonderful and welcoming. This was a fill in tour for our four month stay in USA but one of the highlights definitely.Show more

Asked on January 5th, 2025What room in the cruise is included? What options to upgrade to a balcony room?
- ColletteOperator•Written January 2025
While traveling on the Rocky Mountaineer Train, you may choose to upgrade to GoldLeaf Service. Pamper yourself with panoramic views from your luxurious seat in the upper level of a bi-level glass domed coach with full-length windows; access to the private dining room downstairs where you'll enjoy gourmet, a la carte meals, and a large, exclusive outdoor viewing platform; and complimentary beverages (includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic). GoldLeaf space is limited. For your cruise portion of your tour, you can enhance your Alaskan cruise with an upgrade to an Ocean View Stateroom or a Verandah/Vista Stateroom. You've come so far; treat yourself to a bit more comfort. Relax after a day exploring. Just imagine gazing out from your Ocean View Stateroom or on your private Verandah as the Alaskan waters dance in the distance, framed by the incredible scenery.
