- LHLaurie· October 17th, 2024The initial portion was only Ok. The whispers didn’t work and so the very little information from the tour guide could be heard or understood. The hotels were nice. The group was larger than expected and unlike yours I’ve done in the past where there were a consistent group of people who you got to know it seemed there were folks coming and going all the time as different tours overlapped with ours. The second half was awesome. The Aeolan Island portion was terrific. The hotel Bougainville was fabulous and the boat tours wonderful. The transfers from place to place well organized. The Hotel Diadoro was a bit snooty and the dinner terrible but the setting beautiful. The only recommendation I would make would be to share the hotel choices sooner so those of us staying later or arriving early could coordinate travel plans better.Show moreTrip date: October 2024
