- ASheilah Tolpin· November 7th, 2025I arrived at the hotel early as I was coming from another tour, our guide was in the hotel and greeted me , let me know the room was not quite ready, which did not surprise me. Our guide was outgoing, efficient and a lot of fun. I would have liked to spend a little more time in a few of the stops, however, I know this is not what this type of tour is about. The tour ran smoothly, accommodations were fine, a few were unique, food was good. Loved the Scottish treats we were given to sample. The tattoo was for me among May highlights, I have wanted to attend for years. The tour fulfilled many of my wishes and expectations. With the Delta flight delayed, our guide did a fantastic job getting us to the airport.Show moreTrip date: August 2025Review collected by Collette

- ATroy Guidash· November 7th, 2025Our tour guide Laura was absolutely the best. She was very informative and made everyone feel comfortable. She was definable on top of everything. Collette was also excellent from start to finish. The Military Tattoo was awesome! Highly recommend this tour. We definitely liked the smaller group of 22 people.Show moreTrip date: August 2025Review collected by Collette
- ACharles Loper· November 7th, 2025I loved Inverness, that was my favorite destination of the trip. I would cut the dolphin tour out of the trip and maybe spend that time in Oban then move onto the next destination. There was not enough time for Culloden, didn't have time to explore everything and felt rushed. Also, the Urquhart Castle was very rushed. We basically ran through taking pictures in order to make it back to the bus in time. Ian was a fantastic tour guide! I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him and learning about Scotland.Show moreTrip date: June 2025Review collected by Collette
- AMargaret Tolhurst· November 7th, 2025Donald was funny, knowledgeable and full of great stories. He was very accommodating to all tour members.Show moreTrip date: June 2025Review collected by Collette
- ARonald Joiner· November 7th, 2025A favorite experience was the stay at Loch Melfort Hotel. Everything about this location was superior, the location on the loch, the service at the hotel, the beautiful Scottish countryside and the food at the restaurant was stellar!Show moreTrip date: September 2025Review collected by Collette

Asked on January 15th, 2025Provide more details as to how much walking is involved and the difficulty
ColletteOperator•Written January 2025The overall activity level of this tour is level 3. This means you're an on-the-go traveler. You don't want to miss a thing, so walking and standing for longer periods of time (2-3 hours) isn't a big deal. A moderately paced two-and-a-half-hour walking tour, covering several miles, hills, and uneven surfaces, is no problem for you. Walking four miles over the course of a day is very doable, as is climbing into and out of various modes of transportation. You can climb three flights of stairs easily and handle altitudes between 6,000 and 9,000 feet. This level is not a fit for travelers who require mobility assistance devices.
