Maureen· October 25th, 2025Dimos was very knowledgeable about all the destinations we visited. He knew of hidden gems in areas we visited and additional information that most people aren't aware of. He went above and beyond. Great tour leader!Show moreTrip date: October 2025- DEDavid· October 25th, 2025Excellent trip - we hit many locations. Dimos was an outstanding tour leader keeping the trip organized and everyone informed. We had some end of season tour cancellations and Dimos organized similar tours with operators still working. We missed nothing.Show moreTrip date: October 2025

Tim· April 16th, 2025Awesome tour from start to finish. You see all the essentials and our tour guide, Matt Griese, was the best!Show moreTrip date: April 2024
John· April 14th, 2025Matt G was a great tour leader throughout this tour and he was organised and calm even during minor bumps during the tour. Love the itinerary as it gives a great comprehensive overview of Greek history, culture, food and island vibes towards the end. It definitely lives up to its name! Highly recommended tour especially if it’s your first time to GreeceShow moreTrip date: September 2022
John· April 14th, 2025Matt G was an amazing tour leader, very calm and very well organised throughout the mainland and Greek islands even when there were unexpected bumps. Great tour to get a comprehensive overview of the country and its amazing culture. Love the combination of history, food culture and island vibes during the tour.Show moreTrip date: September 2022- CColin· April 14th, 2025What an amazing holiday. The perfect way to see Greece and the magical Greek islands. Our tour leader Matt was so informative and knowledgeable about Greek mythology. He made sure everyone was well looked after. Superb.Show moreTrip date: May 2023
- TSThomas· September 30th, 2024Emma Cairns is a superb tour guide—knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient in resolving problems of every kind. Her personality imbued the tour with a daily warmth that permeated the entire entourage. The locations chosen made for a good overview of inland and island Greece and teased the appetite to explore more of the country.Show moreTrip date: September 2024
Paul· October 12th, 2023Very disappointing. The guide (Victoria) was not a local, couldn't speak Greek, rude and condescending. Not as advertised, mainly a bus ride tour, given 15 minutes at some sites to take photos without accessing them. Accommodation was cheap 3 star, tiny rooms with no services, lifts not working, expected to pay for transportation from ports to hotels. Paid for two persons and arrived at Mykonos at 11pm, with accommodation for 1. Had to source alternate accommodation for expat error and seek reimbursement, still chasing up expat for reimbursement but expat ignoring communications.Show moreTrip date: September 2023- WBWayne· September 28th, 2023Mother Nature tried to derail the start of our tour and I had great sympathy for Greece and the people affected. Our tour guide, Gabi and the magnificent staff back at the office scrambled wonderfully to find alternative accomodation and sites for us to visit. I can't speak highly enough of their efforts. The tour has an ideal mix of ancient and contemporary Greece, delivered to well by a lovely tour guide, extremely capable bus driver and a user friendly schedule.Show more

Asked on March 2nd, 2025Does price include airport transfers? Does it include flight?
Expat Explore TravelOperator•Written March 2025You may check the "What's Included" Section on the tour page to see the full list of inclusions for the tour tour package. But for reference, the package does not include flights going to the starting country and back to your Home Country. Customers need to make their way to the starting point on Day 1 and will be dropped off on the last day. This means that customers will have to arrange transfers to the Starting Location and from the drop off location.
