Koblenz
You'll arrive in Cochem early this morning. The wine town is there for you to explore, with Reichsburg Castle rising above the rooftops, or you can visit a local wine shop to taste Moselle wines if that interests you more. After lunch, the ship heads out again along the winding Moselle to Koblenz, getting there late in the evening.
