Itinerary
- Day 1
Luxor
Your guide meets you at your hotel or Nile cruise for the short drive to the Felucca dock. Once there, you'll board a traditional sailing boat and spend roughly an hour and a half out on the water, taking in views of the Nile and the surrounding Egyptian countryside. The boat makes a stop at Banana Island where you can walk through the groves of banana, mango, and guava trees. While on the island, you'll see the pigeon tower and an old irrigation wheel that's still standing. Lunch or dinner happens at the island restaurant, then you'll sail back as the sun sets, sipping Egyptian tea during the return trip. After that, your guide takes you back to your hotel.
