Itinerary
- Day 1
Kosice to Poprad
You'll get picked up from Kosice Airport or Rail Station and head to Poprad. Once there, wander through Spiska Sobota, a medieval district with well-kept burgher houses and the Church of St George. That church has five beautiful altars and shows both Late-Romanesque and Gothic architecture. After checking out the historic area, spend time browsing the shops, cafes, and restaurants around Naméstie v. Egídia square.

High Tatras Hiking
Today it's a full day hiking in the High Tatras, Europe's smallest alpine mountains. You've got about 600 km of marked trails to pick from, ranging from easy family walks to serious peak climbs. The sample hike goes from Tatranska Lomnica through valley trails to Biele and Zelen pleso (moderate, 12.1 km, 7 hours, 826 m elevation gain). Bring water and proper footwear.

- Day 3
High Tatras Hiking
Another day of hiking in the High Tatras with a guided trip. This time you'll head through Furkotska dolina valley to Wahlbergovo pleso starting from Strbske Pleso (moderate, 6.3 km, 7.5 hours, 869 m elevation gain, reaching 2,197 m). The terrain involves some rocky sections and mountain streams, so keep an eye on your footing.

- Day 4
High Tatras Peak Ascent
Ready for something harder? Today brings a peak ascent in the High Tatras. You'll tackle Krivań, Rysy, or Slavkovský štít (hard difficulty, 8.6 km, 9 hours, 1,101 m elevation gain, reaching 2,433 m altitude). This is physically demanding, so start early and bring extra snacks and water for the longer day.

- Day 5
Slovak Paradise Hiking
You're switching gears to Slovak Paradise, a national park with forests, meadows, canyons, gorges, caves and waterfalls. Today's hike is Sucha Bela (easy, 17.2 km, 4 hours 35 minutes, 455 m elevation gain and descent). You'll cross ravines and use wooden or metal ladders, bridges and chains to navigate the terrain. It's like an obstacle course through nature.

- Day 6
Slovak Paradise Hiking
Continue exploring Slovak Paradise with another guided hike. This time you're doing Prielom Hornadu (moderate, 17.7 km, 5 hours 40 minutes, 675 m elevation gain and descent). The route takes you through dramatic gorges with more chains and ladders, and the scenery shifts between tight canyon walls and open meadows.

Aqua City Poprad Relaxation
Time to rest at Aqua City Poprad, a resort with Olympic pools, water parks, indoor and outdoor pools, and a wellness spa with saunas and inhalation rooms. There's a 14-meter Vital Pool Bar where you can grab cocktails and food. In the evenings, watch the light show with music while floating in the pool. If it's winter, the outdoor pools stay warm from geothermal spring water.

Poprad to Krakow
After breakfast, the morning is yours to use however you like. Walk around Poprad's city centre checking out cafes, restaurants and shops, or head back to Spiska Sobota's main square for a more relaxed pace. In the afternoon, you'll get transferred to Krakow Airport, the city centre, or the rail and bus station depending on where you're headed next.
