Ho Chi Minh City
You'll land at Tan Son Nhat International Airport where staff will greet you and arrange a private transfer to your luxury hotel in central Ho Chi Minh City. After settling in, the rest of the day is yours to either relax at the hotel or wander around the city on your own.

- Day 2
Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta
Head out early from Ho Chi Minh City toward My Tho on the Mekong River. You'll check out Vinh Trang Pagoda first, then board a sampan to cruise past Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise islands. Stop at Unicorn Island to walk through orchards, try tropical fruits, and listen to traditional folk songs. A hand-rowed sampan takes you through Thoi Son canal where you'll visit a honey-bee farm and coconut candy workshop. After lunch at a local restaurant, cycle around Tan Thach village to meet locals and see how people live along the delta, or relax in a hammock if cycling doesn't appeal to you. You'll head back to Ho Chi Minh City by evening.

Ho Chi Minh City
This evening you'll take a 2.5-hour private open-air Jeep tour through Ho Chi Minh City after dark, when it's cooler and less crowded. The route shows you famous sights along with hidden spots where locals hang out in the evenings. The tour wraps up at a premium Skybar where you'll catch panoramic views of Saigon at night.

Hoi An
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll be picked up for a countryside cycling adventure through quiet village roads to Tra Que organic vegetable village. Along the way you'll learn about local farming and spot water buffalo in the rice fields. Start the morning with special lemon basil tea, then join local farmers to plant vegetables the traditional way. A foot massage comes next before you head into a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn to make Hoi An special pancakes. Lunch features local food, and then you'll have free time to relax in a hammock or explore before cycling back to your hotel.

- Day 8
Hanoi - Ba Vi - Mai Chau
You'll be picked up from your hotel at 7:30 AM and travel to Ba Vi to visit three villages and experience authentic Vietnamese countryside life. You'll meet Mr. Duoc, a war veteran and tea expert who shares stories while you help harvest tea leaves from his 30-year-old plantation. At Mrs. Chin's house you'll take a cooking lesson and eat lunch in her garden, then learn about tofu-making, rice processing, and meet a local craftsman with 70 years of experience. Cycle through rice fields before reaching Mr. Chau's house for a soothing foot soak in warm herbal water made with Muong ethnic minority recipes. Later you'll transfer to Mai Chau for an overnight stay.

Hanoi to Halong Bay
After breakfast you'll check out and depart for Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Meet your cruise team at the hotel lobby between 8:00-9:00 AM, and you'll arrive at the jetty around noon to board. Following welcome and check-in, you'll have lunch while cruising through hundreds of islets. The afternoon offers activities like swimming, kayaking, or cave visits depending on what the boat offers, or you can simply relax on board. As evening comes the boat anchors in a beautiful spot for the night and you'll catch the sunset before dinner. You'll stay overnight on the cruise.
