Arrival in Siem Reap
Your guide and driver will meet you at Siem Reap Angkor International Airport with a welcome sign. The drive to your hotel includes commentary about local culture and landmarks you'll see along the way. Once you arrive and settle in, the rest of the day is yours to relax at the hotel or wander around town if you feel like it.

Lo Lei, Preah Ko, Bakong - Tonle Sap Lake - Kampong Phluk
After breakfast you'll head out to see the earliest temples of Angkor, visiting Lo Lei, Preah Ko, and Bakong from the 9th century when this was the first capital of the Khmer Empire. Later you'll take a boat through Kampong Phluk, a floating village on Tonle Sap Lake where you can see how fishing communities live day to day. Following lunch, you'll stop by Wat Bo Pagoda, Artisans Angkor, and Royal Residence Park before heading back to your hotel for the evening.

Angkor Wat - Angkor Thom - Ta Prohm
This morning you'll wake early to catch the sunrise at Angkor Wat from a prime viewing spot, watching the light hit those iconic towers. Back at the hotel you'll have breakfast and rest for a bit. Then you're off to explore Angkor Thom's walled city, starting at the South Gate and moving through Bayon Temple with its famous stone faces, then Baphuon, Phimeanakas, the Terraces of Elephants and Leper King, and the jungle-covered Ta Prohm. The day finishes with Banteay Kdei and Srah Srang before returning to your hotel.

Banteay Srei - Pre Rup Sunset
You'll drive up to Phnom Kulen Mountain for views over the jungle, then visit Poeng Ta Kho cliff viewpoint and see the largest reclining Buddha in Cambodia carved into natural sandstone. After that you'll explore the River of a Thousand Lingas with its sacred Hindu carvings and swim in the waters at Phnom Kulen Waterfall. Post-lunch, you'll check out Banteay Srei temple known for its pink sandstone detail work, walk through a local village to see traditional crafts, and end with a sunset view from Pre Rup Temple.

Beng Mealea - Koh Ker - Preah Vihear Temple
Today is a full-day drive to Preah Vihear with several temple stops. You'll start at Beng Mealea Temple hidden deep in jungle and left largely unrestored for that raw discovery feel. From there you continue to Koh Ker, a 10th-century capital and UNESCO site, where you'll explore temples like Prasat Thom, Linga Pura, and Prasat Pram. After lunch you'll head to Preah Vihear Temple sitting on Dangrek Mountain near the Cambodia-Thailand border, and from there you get views stretching across both countries.

Preah Khan Kampong Svay - Sambor Prei Kuk
You'll travel from Preah Vihear toward Kampong Thom, stopping to explore two major temple sites along the way. First is Preah Khan Kampong Svay, the largest temple complex in Cambodia at about 5 square kilometers, roughly four times the size of Angkor Wat. Then you'll visit Sambor Prei Kuk, a pre-Angkorian capital from the 6th-7th centuries and UNESCO site, where three main temple groups sit within jungle. After lunch and exploring, you'll arrive in Kampong Thom city to check into your hotel.

Today's journey from Kampong Thom to Kratie includes several stops along the way. After lunch you'll pass through Cambodia's largest rubber tree plantation and fruit-growing regions with countryside views, then stop at Wat Rokar Kandal Chas, one of the oldest pagodas in the region, before arriving in Kratie along the Mekong River.
