Yes, you can extend your first part in Luang Prabang and Vientiane, and skip the next part to Halong bay. However, due to flight availability, you still need to take an international flight from Vientiane to Hanoi, and then take a domestic flight from Hanoi to Danang. And it is highly recommended to take at least one night in Hanoi.

Yes, this is with Laos Airlines. I have checked this flight. Currently, the best option is still to fly from Vientiane to Hanoi and then Hanoi to Da Nang the next day. In case the direct fly is operated back, I will inform you back to arrange the best match with your wish. For your information, the tour is based on a small group tour, with a maximum of 10 persons.
