    Split to Korčula

After landing at Split Airport, you'll head to the port and catch a speedboat across to Korčula, the island where Marco Polo was born. Once there, take some time walking through the charming town itself, then get on a bike tour that winds through the local forests. You'll have chances to relax on the sandy beaches, and later in the day head over to Vela Luka, a seafaring village surrounded by olive groves. Make sure to try some of the island's wines before the day wraps up.

    Korčula to Hvar

Head by speedboat to Hvar, which locals call the 'Croatian Madeira' because of all the lush subtropical plants growing there. The town itself has palaces and churches to check out, and the Riva waterfront has trendy restaurants where you can grab dinner. If you want something different, take a cab boat out to the Pakleni Islands offshore, where each island has its own particular feel and vibe.

    Hvar to Brač

Take another speedboat over to Brač, your final island stop. There are charming villages scattered inland, and coastal towns like Milna, Pucisca, Splitska, and Sutivan are worth exploring. If you're up for a hike, Vidova Gora mountain is the highest point in all the Croatian islands and the views are worth it. The Golden Horn beach in Bol draws a lot of visitors, and there are bays and beaches all around. You'll learn that the white marble from this island was used in Split's Diocletian's Palace, and interestingly, it was also used in Washington's White House.
