Itinerary
- Day 1
Ouarzazate to Zagora
You'll start by crossing the High Atlas Mountains through Tizi n'Tichka pass, which gives you some really nice views along the way. Once you reach Ait Benhaddou, you'll have time to walk around this UNESCO World Heritage Site and see the historic kasbah up close. After grabbing lunch in Ouarzazate, the route takes you through the Drâa Valley where you'll see palm groves and traditional villages. By evening you'll arrive in Zagora for dinner and your overnight stay.

- Day 2
Zagora to M'Hamid
After breakfast, you'll head to the 18th-century village of Tamegroute to check out the underground Kasbah and one of Morocco's oldest Koranic libraries. From there, travel to M'Hamid for a one-hour camel ride at Erg Lihoudi dunes as the sun sets. You'll spend the night at a bivouac in M'Hamid, with dinner served under the stars and a chance to take in the desert atmosphere.

Erg Chegaga
The day focuses on Erg Chegaga desert with a camel ride through the dunes. You'll have options for hiking, quad biking, or 4x4 excursions if those interest you. Later, you'll visit nomadic families to share mint tea and hear about their lives and traditions. Dinner happens at your camp with views across the desert landscape.

Erg Chegaga to Ouarzazate
You'll have lunch at Erg Chegaga, then head toward Foum Zguid for a chance to shower and freshen up. The route continues past Lake Iriqui through landscapes that change as you go, with another lunch stop in Foum Zguid. Before reaching your destination, you'll stop in the village of Taznakht to look at traditional Berber carpets. The day ends in Ouarzazate with dinner and an overnight stay at Les Jardins de Ouarzazate.

Ouarzazate to Marrakech
You'll start at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to explore the intricately designed kasbah and walk through the site. Then you'll travel through the High Atlas Mountains, crossing Tizi n'Tichka pass and seeing landscapes shift from arid plateaus to green valleys. On the way, you'll stop at Kasbah Telouet to see its architecture. The day ends with your arrival in Marrakech.
