- Day 1
Kuching to Sibu to Countryside
You'll catch a morning flight from Kuching to Sibu, then head out into the countryside to walk through pepper vineyards and rural landscapes. There's a chance to try rubber tapping with local villagers, and you'll have BBQ lunch by a stream. Once evening arrives, you'll make your way into Sibu town to check out the Night Market.

Landmarks Sibu Night Market - Day 2
Sibu to Dalat to Mukah
Start with a walking tour through Sibu's heritage sites, visiting temples, the Floating Market, and the Central Market which has about 1,200 stalls. After that, you'll take a 1.5-hour speedboat ride through the Rajang and Igan Rivers, passing by villages and longhouses with a stop at Sungai Kut Melanau Village. Later you'll travel overland to Dalat to see the Church and Jerunei Garden, then head to Mukah where you'll stay in a local Melanau village house and have a traditional Melanau dinner.

Mukah
Today focuses on Melanau village life with guided walks to learn about ancient burial practices and visit a traditional sago bake house. You'll take a boat ride along the Tellian and Misan Rivers, search for sago worms in the sago forest, and watch textile processing using sago starch. Before heading to Bintulu, you'll also learn about Melanau traditional food and handicrafts.

Bintulu to Niah National Park to Miri
You'll visit Niah National Park, a UNESCO Heritage Site and one of the world's most important archaeological locations. A long boat ride takes you to the Niah Museum, Great Cave, and Painted Cave where you can see ancient bird's nest harvesting equipment. From there, you'll travel to Miri, Sarawak's second largest city, with the rest of the day free to relax or explore on your own.
