Šibenik

Kornati National Park
Head to Krka National Park early to see the dramatic waterfalls and scenic trails. A boat takes you along the river to Skradin, passing through St. Anthony's Channel and St. Nicola's fortress (a UNESCO heritage site from the 16th century). By afternoon, you're cruising through Kornati National Park's 140 islands, islets, and reefs. Dinner happens onboard.

This morning you cruise toward the Zadar Islands and explore Telaščica Nature Park. After disembarking in Zadar, a local guide shows you Roman ruins, Byzantine architecture, Nikola Bašić's art installations, and the Cathedral of St. Anastasia. You can choose between two guided options: the Gold and Silver tour or the Museum of Ancient Glass. Free time later to wander Zadar's streets and try local Dalmatian food.

Rab
You'll pass by Pag, Olib, and smaller islands of the Zadar Archipelago on your way to Rab this afternoon. A tour covers Rab's ancient stone walls, four church towers, and the beautiful park with wooded hills leading to beaches. You'll see the Franciscan Monastery of St. Bernardino's art collection. This evening a local teaches you how to make Rab cake, a Croatian delicacy, and you enjoy it with local gin and tonic. The rest of the night is yours.

Collio - Venice
