Asked on August 12th, 2025Why am I unable to choose travel protection? When I attempt to customize a tour, it allows me to select travelers and room size/bed but I am unable to select travel insurance/vacation protection?

These states are not covered by XCover. If none of your customers are in those states, you may proceed with placing the booking and then purchasing the insurance add-on. However, please note that once the booking is made, only the premium protection option will be available for the insurance add-on (post-booking). Additionally, you're welcome to purchase insurance from an external provider of your choice if that suits your needs better.

They have explained that due to the long driving distances involved with this tour on Day 1, you will not be stopping at the Castles and will indeed be "going by" them. Are you looking for a tour which focuses on visiting castles exclusively, if so I would be happy to check if we have anything more suitable.

Our tours are very go go go - we typically have a fair bit of walking on our tours. I don't think this tour would be the right fit for you - I certainly can check.

Everything is optional so if there is ever a walk or area that feels too difficult for your group, you are more than welcome to stay on or near the bus and wait until the rest of the group returns. Itineraries are also very flexible so, taking into account your lack of mobility, the driver-guide may adapt the itinerary to be more suitable for all passengers.
