Arrival in Jakarta
Your guide meets you at the airport and takes you to your hotel. After settling in, you'll have the rest of the day to get oriented and rest up after your flight.

Jakarta City Tour
This morning starts with a city tour through Jakarta's main attractions. You'll see the Monas monument, check out the Istiqlal Mosque, and walk through the historic Old City area to get a sense of Jakarta's character and history.

Jakarta to Yogyakarta
After breakfast, you catch a flight to Yogyakarta. Once you land, your local team picks you up from the airport and drives you to your hotel to get settled for the next phase of your trip.

Borobudur Temple and Candirejo Village
You start the day at Borobudur Temple, then head to Candirejo Village to see how locals live. You'll try making cassava chips, learn some gamelan music, and walk through vegetable gardens. Horse carriage rides through the village are available if you want them before heading back to your hotel.

Dieng Plateau
Today takes you to the Dieng Plateau, about 116km away and sitting at 2,093 meters elevation. You'll see the Arjuna Temple Complex, one of Java's oldest temples, then visit Crater Sikidang and the two lakes, Telaga Warna and Telaga Pengilon, each with their own unique features. After lunch and experiencing local traditions, you stay overnight at the plateau.

Coffee Plants and Gedong Songo Temple to Yogyakarta
You start by visiting local coffee plants to learn how they grow and process coffee. From there, you check out the historic Gedong Songo temple before beginning your drive back down to Yogyakarta.

Sultan Palace, Taman Sari, and Prambanan Temple
The Sultan Palace is your first stop, home to the King and his family. A pedicab then takes you to Taman Sari Water Castle, the former royal residence and bathing place. You grab lunch at Pasar Burung bird market, then explore Kotagede, the old capital and center for silver work. The day wraps up at Prambanan Temple before heading back to your hotel.

Yogyakarta to Mount Bromo
You take a train to Mojokerto, then switch to a private vehicle for the drive to Mount Bromo. Check in at your hotel near the volcano and prepare for an early morning ahead.

Mount Bromo Sunrise and Journey to Labuan Bajo
Your jeep picks you up at 3:00 AM to drive to Pananjakan for the sunrise over Mount Bromo and the surrounding volcanoes. After exploring the volcanic sand and crater, you return to the hotel for breakfast, then head to Surabaya Airport for your flight to Labuan Bajo.

Rinca Island
After breakfast, you head to the Labuan Bajo pier and board a private speed boat for your Komodo adventure. On Rinca Island, you trek through dry forest and see Komodo dragons along with deer, wild buffalo, macaques, wild pigs, and birds. Later you sail to Kalong Island for lunch and snorkeling, where flying foxes leave the mangrove forest in the evening.

An early trek through Komodo National Park's dry forest with a local ranger gets you searching for Komodo dragons and wildlife like lesser sulfur-crested cockatoos and collared kingfishers. You return to the boat and sail to Pink Beach for swimming and snorkeling. After lunch onboard, you head to Manta Point to watch manta rays before returning to Labuan Bajo.
