Roman· November 4th, 2025Automatic translation available in English. View in EnglishThis trip was truly a superb adventure. The organization was very well done, we really had the opportunity to see many different aspects of Egypt, of course the incredible temples and pyramids, but also some aspects we don't think of like the horse-drawn carriage ride in Luxor and the night in the desert which really enchanted us. Most of the time we were alone with our guide, who was always very friendly and passionate about Egyptian history. And last but not least, the hotels in Aswan and Luxor were exceptional.Show more

The sites were incredible and we saw them all as advertised. Our guide was amazing. He spoke clearly and his knowledge was exceptional. He guided us thru crowds and made us feel very safe. When I got ill he immediately assisted and even followed up after our tour endedShow more
AB Voyages Egypt commented on this reviewThank you for your kind feedback. We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed your journey. We’d be glad to help you plan another memorable trip in the futureTrip date: September 2025 - JOJohn· October 2nd, 2025This is a very comprehensive tour of the highlights of Egypt. However, it was quite fast paced; and in a crowded country with lots of other people including tourists, it may be challenging for those who are hearing or mobility impaired. Besides the archaeological sites and temples, one of the highlights of the tour was the white desert. This was so beautiful, but understand that when you camp overnight, it is bare bones camping not glamping in any fashion. The Nubian village add on tour had a nice cruise down the Nile but at the village it was mainly a marketplace. The cultural experience was a bit lackluster. Overall the operators in each city, our drivers and guides were excellent, especially Marwa, our guide in Cairo, who was exceptional! We realize that five star hotels in other countries can be variable so please understand that it may not be equivalent to five star hotels that you are used to. The place in Luxor was fabulous, but the place in Cairo was a bit dated and quite far away from anything that is walkable. You need to Uber. The only other comment would be that a more detailed itinerary with approximate times involved in car travel would have been appreciated so that we can be better prepared for the journey. There are many hours riding in a mini bus or car that may not be ideal for some. Overall, we had a good experience with AB Voyages. However, we wanted to be transparent for others that follow so that they are better suited to know what to expect when they arrive.Show more

I had a great time and the guide Anas took good care of the group from Luxor to Aswan. Jolie Ville resort in Luxor was beautiful; I just wish I'd had more time there to enjoy it. The Nile cruise boat and its staff were excellent. Highly recommend AB Voyages.Show more

Rudolph· June 30th, 2025Overall we had a very nice time on our Egypt treasures 9 day tour. The Tolip Hotel Gardens in New Cairo was the most beautiful hotel we stayed in. Our tour of Giza, lead by Ibrahim, a professor of Egyptian Archaeology, was a fun filled day including camel riding, pyramid construction, papyrus making, history of ancient Egyptian brilliance, lunch and a visit to the GEM museum, giving us a great foundation for our visit to Aswan and Luxor. That afternoon we flew to Aswan. In Aswan we stayed in a Nubian hotel on an island, where we had to take a boat to the main land every day. On our arrival at 8:45pm we ordered dinner that was supposed to be ready at 9:30pm. Finally a huge dinner was served at 11pm, which was too late for me to eat. The rest of the stay went smoothly. Anas was our tour guide in Aswan and Luxor. He also arranged a morning trip to Abu Simbel. He is well versed in Egyptology and shared his deep knowledge of ancient Egyptian history at all the temples and tombs we visited. He also arranged for us to have a delicious fish lunch in the colorful friendly Nubian Village in Aswan. He was flexible with our schedule and made sure we visited the important sites . We enjoyed our 4 days together. We took the sleeper train to Cairo, which was an adventure in itself. I actually slept well until woken up at 4:15 for a breakfast of assorted breads honey and laughing cow cheese! The dinner was ok. Our driver met us at the train and drove us 4 1/2 hours west into a desert town where we had lunch at the meeting place for the White Desert Camp Safari. We joined up with 2 other groups in Land Rovers and took off for a great adventure in the Black and White Deserts, including Crystal Mountain and a swim in an oasis pool! Our guides drove us all over, built our campsite and prepared a delicious, filling dinner. We were visited by a cute desert fox! We all slept well under the incredible Milky Way! After breakfast we took down the camp and visited more places on the way back. It was an amazing experience! The drive back to Cairo was long with no lunch break. We had an other day with long driving and no lunch break to Luxor, also we think Abu Simbel should be added to the Itinerary, rather than an option, as it was very expensive and was offered on Viator at less than half the price. Otherwise, the tour was wonderful and we recommend this Egyptian experience!Show moreTrip date: June 2025

AB Voyages Egypt commented on this reviewDearRudolph We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed our tour& our guides provided you with the first-class service that defines our company policy, Your feedback is truly appreciated, and we look forward to arranging your next luxurious adventure!Trip date: June 2025- CMCatherine and· May 7th, 2025Amazing trip with various experiences : historical temples and pyramids, calm excursion and night in desert, half day relaxing sailing on a felluca... I highly recommend this tour, as a French female traveler who loves oriental countries (enjoyed the tour with my boyfriend) Everything was very well organised and flexible. The guides have provided us with a lot of historical background so we could enjoy the temples with knowing. They've informed us each day for the following day what the program was and were always on time. They take care of everything for you and are always reachable and the main organiser ensures everything is okay during your trip when you are not in his hands. We've particularly appreciated our guide Ayman in Luxor, also Mido at the desert, our host at Aswan Aswanhouse and Yassin and Mohamed at the felluca. Thank you Tony for making sure we were alright all the time ! Journey to the White desert is quite long. So is the early ride for Abu Simbel and the way between Aswan and Luxor : time to sleep mostly but the experiences were worth it. Guides speak English but the drivers mostly don't : you have to get use to that. Ending hotel at Luxor was fabulous so we had a final amazing viewpoint.Show more

Teresa· March 31st, 2025My sister and I had a blast on our trip and tour. We had a main guide, Hassan, throughout the large part of the trip from Aswan to Luxor. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had a great personality and humor. We were also pleasantly surprised to have two Egyptologist guides when we made our way back to Cairo, each with their own specialty. Marwa helped take us back in time at the pyramids. Her expertise as an archeologist was incredible and you could feel her passion for the subject and history. We found her to be engaging and were inspired by her tenacity to work with teams and dig sites. Our guide for Old Cairo (I believe his name was Nassar) was also great and pointed out so many things as an Egyptologist that we easily would have overlooked if with a typical guide. We absolutely loved having that personal touch of knowledge with our guides. The accommodations, drivers, guides and arrangements throughout made for a great sister’s trip. I would definitely consider this company again in the future.Show more

We chose this company for its quick and clear planning as per our needs. We were very well looked after by Tony and Morua in Cairo in terms of transport, hotel, tour and food. Thanks Tony and Moruya for your excellent service. Our tour to Luxor was not as good mainly due to inconsiderate attitude of the local guide, Anas there. He would come with three layers of clothes and would start complaining about weather being too hot only in a couple of hours in the tour and would therefore rush to finish it. Temples in Luxor were our main interests but we couldn’t see them properly. His knowledge and interest in the tour were just poor.Show more
