- Day 1
Kathmandu
Your women's expedition kicks off with a 2 pm welcome meeting at your Kathmandu hotel. Later you'll head to dinner with the group at a local restaurant where they serve momos and dal bhat, followed by a traditional dance performance to get you into the spirit of Nepal.

- Day 2
Kathmandu
Start by heading to Kapan's Khachoe Ghakyil Ling Buddhist nunnery on Kathmandu's outskirts, where you'll learn how the women there are challenging patriarchal traditions in Buddhism. After that, you'll take a cooking class at Seven Women, an organisation focused on empowering marginalised women in Nepal. Lunch is the food you make in class, and the afternoon is yours to do what you want.

Kathmandu to Pokhara
A 25-minute flight gets you from Kathmandu to Pokhara with Himalayan views on clear days. Once you land, there's a short orientation walk, then you're heading to a Tibetan Refugee Camp for a momo cooking class taught by a woman who grew up there. The afternoon is open for an optional visit to 'Yes Helping Hands Handicrafts' if you're interested, and you're staying at 3 Sisters Guesthouse, which is owned by sisters working to support disadvantaged women.

Birethanti to Ulleri
A private vehicle takes you to Birethanti where you'll meet your all-female hiking guides and porters. Your afternoon trek moves through villages, terraced fields, and alpine meadows with rhododendron forest and snow-capped peaks around you. The early section is relatively flat, but after Tikhedhunga you'll tackle hundreds of stone steps climbing up to Ulleri, though the views help make it worthwhile.

Landmarks/POIs Annapurna Range - Day 5
Ulleri to Ghorepani
Trek past Banthanti at 2300 m through moss-covered jungle to reach Nangathanti at 2520 m. From there you keep moving toward Ghorepani where you'll settle in for the evening and get some well-deserved rest after the day's hiking.

Ghorepani to Tadapani
You're waking up early to hike up Poon Hill before dawn and catch the sunrise over Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna Range. Breakfast happens back at your tea house, then you're lacing up your boots again for the trek to Tadapani. The ridgeline walk gives you panoramic Annapurna views in both directions, and you'll pass through forested sections before descending to the mountain village of Tadapani for the night.

Tadapani to Ghandruk
Today's a shorter, easier trek compared to the past few days. You'll catch the sunrise from Tadapani and then hike to Ghandruk village along a peaceful route where wildflowers bloom in spring. Once you get to the Gurung village, there's time to walk around, take in the mountain views, and learn about the local ethnic culture.

Ghandruk to Pokhara
After a leisurely breakfast, you're taking a short trek down to Shyauli bazaar, then a private vehicle brings you back to Pokhara. Next you'll take a boat across Phewa Lake to see Tal Barahi temple sitting in the lake's centre. After lunch, the International Mountain Museum is on the schedule, and this evening you have time to relax and enjoy the lakeside setting.

Pokhara to Chitwan National Park
You're heading to Chitwan National Park, one of Asia's best and a UNESCO World Heritage site. At your jungle lodge built in traditional Tharu village style, you'll meet the staff and naturalists. Later you'll visit Tharu Village to see how the local women live, then head to the riverbank for sunset with Nepali snacks and drinks while watching for deer and birds. Dinner and a Tharu cultural dance performance round out the evening.

Chitwan National Park
After breakfast, you're jumping into a jeep for a 4-hour safari through Chitwan National Park where there's a chance to spot Royal Bengal tigers. Following the safari, you'll float down the Rapti River in a dugout canoe, keeping watch for Indian rhinos, deer, birds, and marsh mugger crocodiles along the way.

Chitwan National Park to Kathmandu
An early-morning birdwatching safari is available if wildlife is your thing. After breakfast, a private transfer takes you back to Kathmandu. In the afternoon, you're visiting Days for Girls Nepal, an NGO where local women share their work providing menstrual care education and efforts to eliminate the Chhaupadi practice. The rest of the evening is free for you to relax and recharge.

Kathmandu
After breakfast, you're exploring Kathmandu Durbar Square and stopping at Kumari Ghar to catch a glimpse of the Kumari, Nepal's most prominent living Hindu goddess. Then you'll drive to Kirtipur, a historic and cultural spot that doesn't get many visitors. The temples and old alleyways there let you see local life up close. You can treat yourself to a traditional Nau manicure or pedicure from local Newari women, and your final group dinner is at Village Café serving traditional Newari cuisine.
