Arrival
You'll board the MS Loire Princesse at 6 p.m. and get settled into your cabin. After meeting the crew at a welcome cocktail, the evening includes entertainment to kick off your river journey.

Angers
The ship cruises to Chalonnes-sur-Loire while you hear an onboard presentation about the Loire River. There's a contest happening on deck, then you head out for a guided tour of Angers' château with its remarkable medieval tapestry collection. Back on the ship, traditional entertainment fills the evening.

Landmarks/POIs Angers Château - Day 3
Château d'Ussé
A full-day coach trip takes you to the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, a UNESCO site and one of Europe's largest surviving monastic cities. You'll tour the abbey, taste wines from the Saumur region, and have lunch at a local spot. The afternoon brings you to Château d'Ussé, the fairytale castle believed to inspire Sleeping Beauty. You return to the ship for dancing later that night.

Machines de l'île
Cruising to Nantes, you'll sample Curé Nantais cheese and Muscadet wine before lunch. An onboard contest runs during the day. The included excursion tours Nantes by panorama, passing the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany and visiting Machines de l'Île, an artistic project inspired by Jules Verne and Leonardo da Vinci. You'll see the Gallery of Machines and the Carousel of the Marine Worlds. Evening brings a contest drawing and gala dinner back on the ship.
