Arrival in Budapest
After landing at the airport, you'll be picked up and taken directly to your river ship on the Danube. Once you're onboard and settled into your cabin, the evening is yours to relax and get comfortable with your surroundings before dinner.

Budapest
You'll disembark this morning and spend the day walking through Budapest with a local guide who'll show you the city's major historical sites. By evening, you'll head back to the ship where a Gala Welcome Dinner takes place while you cruise along the Danube.

Bratislava
The ship docks in Bratislava, and you'll join a walking tour through the Old Town. Your guide leads you through narrow streets to see St. Martin's Cathedral, Primatial Palace, the Main Square, and Michael's Gate, then you'll have some free time to explore on your own.

You'll drive around Vienna's famous Ringstrasse to see grand buildings like St. Stephen's Cathedral before parking and walking through the city center. After checking out the Hofburg Palace and the Graben, you can browse the food stalls at Naschmarkt at your own pace. An optional Mozart and Strauss concert is available if you're interested.

Melk
The ship arrives in Dürnstein, and you have the morning free to walk the cobbled streets, look around historic houses and taverns, or join an optional wine tasting. Later, you'll cruise through the Wachau Valley and pull into Melk, where you'll tour the Melk Abbey, a working Benedictine monastery that's been operating since 1089.

You have choices today depending on what interests you. You can take an optional tour to Český Krumlov in the Czech Republic to see its 300+ historical buildings, visit Salzburg and Mondsee to explore Mozart's hometown, or just stay in Linz for leisure time.

Passau
In Passau, you'll walk through the historic Altstadt with its old cobblestone lanes and see what the city has to offer. There's an optional brewery experience where you'll get a coach transfer to Aldersbach brewery, tour the facility, then enjoy local food tastings, live music, and beer in a festival hall setting.
