Irina· January 31st, 2024Hi, I used Tour Radar before for my travels, and pretty much was happy about it, but recent negative experience with the company made me post this review. About 4 months ago I booked a tour through TourRadar, provided my travel dates, after booking air fare, Once my reservation was paid in full I received a booking voucher from Tour Radar, which I did not notice in my email, until the Tour operator contacted me months later asking to verify my flight details, and this is how it started, once looking on the travel voucher produced by tour radar I noticed that the dates I was booked were off by a week, for more than a month I send emails to Tour Radar support and they refuse to correct the dates on the travel voucher, the only thing that they do is forward my email to tour operator, who doesn't respond. So here I am with a travel to foreign country less than 3 weeks without a hotel reservation, without clear understanding who will pick me and 2 of my kids in the airport.Show moreTrip date: January 2024
