  Rhi was amazing throughout the entire tour! From start to finish she made it fun and friendly, and created a family feel for the group. Rhi knew additional information about every place and got such warm welcomes from the locals in every city. I hope I get rhi on my next trip with Contiki! ?? #conrhiki

  I had such a wonderful time in India! Contiki and Rhi made me feel so safe - learnt so much as well and Rhi really listened to what we wanted to do and went out of her way to make sure we all had a great time. It put me out of my comfort zone, was really good for me! A great way to solo travel.

  Rhi was amazing! She made sure everyone felt safe, had a good time and was included! We had a small tour and Rhi made the time to connect with everyone, while making sure we all had the holiday we wanted. Rhi was very respectful to the locals and took the time to answer our questions. At the end of the trip Rhi revealed to us it was the first time she was the tour manager on the Eternal India trip and we were all shocked, because she was beyond amazing. We never would have guessed! She's just THAT good!

  For my first solo traveller trip (and, unbelievably, Rhi's first Eternal India trip), Rhi was very approachable and helpful throughout the whole trip! Her local knowledge excelled with daily updates on what was happening and what to do in our free time and it shows how much time and research that Trip Managers go through to make sure that Contiki trips go ahead without any issues and also to make it much smoother for the passengers. I would recommend Rhi to anyone wanting to go on the Eternal India trip and I don't think you would enjoy it half as much if Rhi wasn't your Trip Manager!

  Rhi was the amazing tour guide ever!! I did a Contiki three years ago in America and I don’t think it would get any better but this was amazing. Rhi knows her stuff and makes sure the whole tour runs on time and does everything to make life easier especially increasing free time. I also have food allergies and she was ace at making sure I was okay eating everywhere and I never felt concerned. In 11 days I don’t think I have ever laughed so much. You don’t have to think about anything Rhi and the local guide do it for you. More importantly for me she is very kind and has the biggest heart! Thanks rhi for a life changing experience

  This was my first time doing an organized tour and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I had so much anxiety going into the trip but James and Nikki made everything so incredibly easy and enjoyable. James checked in with each one of us every day and would give us recommendations/tips etc which really made a big difference and showed he genuinely cared about our experience and making it the best he could. Nikki was also so incredibly knowledgable and I loved being able to ask him anything and really got a better understanding of the culture from him. Definitely felt really lucky to have them both. Everything about this trip was amazing and a once in a lifetime experience and I couldn't recommend it more!

  James did a great job managing this tour, he always presented himself with professionalism, even when the group is shoving drinks down is throat the last day! He was always approachable and happy to answer any questions or deal with any concerns at all hours of the day.

  This tour exceeded my expectations! It was such a lovely way to explore this beautiful country. I couldn't have asked for a greater tour manager. James is filled with knowledge, stories and jokes! He kept us entertained and informed throughout our journey. It truly was an honor to share this experience with him and all the lovely people on this tour. It was a life changing adventure and I wish I could do it all over again!
