Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Amman
You'll arrive in Amman and get settled into the hotel. After that, it's time to meet your group and join everyone for dinner so you can start getting to know the people you'll be traveling with over the next several days.

- Day 2
Amman to Wadi Rum
An early checkout gets you on the road south to Wadi Rum for a 4 hour journey. Lunch happens at a local camp, and then you'll meet your Bedouin team who'll take care of the camp setup and your luggage. You'll walk 2 to 3 hours to a viewpoint in the Nfeishia Area to watch the sunset, with the option to ride camels if you want. After tea by the fire, a jeep brings you back to camp for dinner.

Landmarks/POIs Wadi Rum Nfeishia Area - Day 3
Wadi Rum
This is a full day in the desert starting early. You'll walk through Wadi Rum's landscape following paths connected to Lawrence of Arabia and the Arab Revolt. The walk takes you to the Burda-pillars where you can get some photos, break for lunch, and then head back to camp by jeep for dinner.

Landmarks/POIs Wadi Rum Burda-pillars - Day 4
Wadi Rum
Another early morning for a day of walking through Wadi Rum's shifting desert scenery. You'll learn about Lawrence of Arabia's time in the Middle East and how Bedouin people live in the region. The route goes to Siq AlBarrah for lunch, continues to Um Tomaky and the arches, then you'll return to camp by jeep for dinner.

Wadi Rum to Petra
A short walk gets you to the coach this morning. You'll visit three sites along the Hejaz Railway to learn about sabotage attempts and see where Lawrence fought his first battle. After a 2 hour drive, you'll reach Petra and the town of Wadi Musa with your evening free to either head out in town or stay at the hotel to relax.

Petra
You'll enter Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. A guide takes you through the ancient site and lunch is included. After that you can explore on your own, checking out the Treasury and places that appeared in Indiana Jones films, or climb up to the High Place of Sacrifice if the views interest you.

Petra to Amman
The morning is free so you can sleep in if you want, go back to Petra to see anything you missed, or pick up souvenirs in town. Following lunch, you'll head to Shobak to see the Crusader castle and learn more about T.E. Lawrence's fascination with the Middle East. A coach then takes you back to Amman where you'll have a farewell dinner at the hotel with the group.

Departure from Amman
You'll have a free morning with breakfast at the hotel on your own schedule before your flight. Hotel pickup happens 3 hours before you need to depart.
