Asked on August 29th, 2025Will the airport transfer be included for dropping back also after we reach Hanoi ? If I take 4 star upgrade the pandora cruise is it subjected to change or remain same?

About La Pandora cruise, if you book 4* option, it will be the first choice, if it is fully booked, we will switch to the same or better quality cruise. Traveler•Written September 2025Hi i have additional query , If we reach early will the car pick up up in morning. Is early check in possible. If not can we drop our bags and leave for the day of sight seeing ? Also if we do visa through you , what all documents shall be required

We would be pleased to arrange a driver for your pickup as soon as we receive your flight number arriving in Hanoi. Please kindly note that early hotel check-in is subject to room availability. Should you wish to check in early, an additional charge depends on the check-in time will apply. Alternatively, you may leave your luggage at the hotel and enjoy some time exploring the city before returning for check-in and relaxation. For visa application, we need you to send me the following documents (at least 14 days prior to departure date): - Scan of passport information page (soft file, colored); - Scan of passport-style colored photo (portrait picture of travelers, straight looking without glasses, white background) - Your international flight ticket (photo/scan or full details). Note: Your original passport is at least 6 months in validity following the arrival date (Original passport have at least 2 blank pages for Vietnam visa sticker and Immigration stamps)
