Itinerary
- Day 1
Athens
You'll arrive in Athens and get transferred to your hotel with an English-speaking assistant who'll help you settle in. In the afternoon, a representative meets with you to go over your trip details and give you some local insights about the city. After that, the rest of the day is open for you to wander around Athens on your own and get a feel for the place.

- Day 2
Athens
Spend the day on a comfortable open-top double-decker bus with your 48-hour pass, so you can ride as much as you want on 16+ language lines. You'll have access to multiple bus routes (Orange, Blue, Yellow, Green) to check out spots like the Acropolis, Parthenon, Temple of Olympian Zeus, and Panathenaic Stadium. Later in the evening, join an English-speaking guide for a walking tour through Anafiotika, Thisseo, Monastiraki, and Plaka neighborhoods.

Athens to Kalambaka
After breakfast, head to Delphi, a UNESCO World Heritage site that was once considered the center of the world. You'll visit the museum to see the 'Bronze Charioteer' sculpture. Then you'll descend Mount Parnassus toward Kalambaka in the Thessaly plains. Check into your hotel, have dinner, and take time to walk through the old town with its narrow cobblestoned streets and traditional houses.

Kalambaka to Athens
Start early and visit Meteora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where six active monasteries sit on huge rock formations. After exploring, you'll head back to Athens with a stop at Thermopylae to see the statue of Spartan King Leonidas. You'll arrive back at your hotel in the late afternoon.

Athens
You have a free day to explore Athens on your own, or you can join an optional full-day cruise to three Saronic Gulf islands. If you choose the cruise, you'll visit Aegina (known for pistachios), Poros (scenic and green), and Hydra (a car-free island with stone mansions). The cruise includes lunch and traditional Greek music and dance performed on board.
