Itinerary
- Day 1
Kampala/Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Your driver picks you up at 8:00 am from your hotel and heads west toward Queen Elizabeth National Park, which takes about 8 to 9 hours total. Around the 5-hour mark, you'll stop in Fort Portal town to grab lunch and stretch out. Once you arrive at the bush lodge overlooking Kazinga Channel, there's time for a short game drive if conditions allow, so you might spot lions, elephants, hippos, and other wildlife before settling in for the evening.

- Day 2
Queen Elizabeth National Park
This morning starts early at 6:30 am with a game drive while the sun comes up over the savannah. You'll look for elephants, buffalo, lions, waterbuck, leopards, Uganda kob, warthogs, and whatever else is out there. After lunch back at the lodge, you'll take a boat trip along Kazinga Channel where hippos, crocodiles, and bathing elephants hang out, plus you'll see tons of birds. The day wraps up with another game drive heading back to the lodge as light fades.

Queen Elizabeth National Park to Kampala/Entebbe
Following breakfast, you'll start the drive back toward Kampala or Entebbe Airport with a stop at the equator for some souvenir shopping along the way. Your driver drops you at your Kampala accommodation or heads straight to Entebbe Airport depending on your flight time (midnight or later works for the airport route). If you want extra nights in either Kampala or Entebbe, those can be arranged separately.
