- Day 1
Arrival in Tallinn
You'll arrive in Tallinn and head to your hotel to check in. After getting settled, you'll meet your tour escort and have the evening to yourself. This gives you a chance to rest up before diving into the trip.

Tallinn
This morning starts with a sightseeing tour through Tallinn's medieval Old Town. You'll walk along the old city walls and visit Toompea Castle, the Dome Church, and Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. In the afternoon, there's an optional trip to Kadriorg Park and KUMU Art Museum if you prefer, or you can stay and have an optional medieval dinner instead.

Lahemaa National Park
There's an optional full-day excursion to Lahemaa National Park if you want to venture out. You'll see Palmse Manor with its family history, then head to Sagadi Manor. The route includes the 13th century Vihula Manor and a stop at the Vodka Museum. It's a good way to experience Estonia's countryside and cultural heritage.

Tallinn to Tartu
You'll travel to Tartu, a university town where Estonia gained its independence. The Old Town has plenty of character to explore, and you can visit the University that was founded back in 1632. Later in the afternoon, there's an optional visit to the Estonia National Museum if you're interested in learning about Estonian culture from the Ice Age to today.

Tartu to Grasi Manor, Latvia
Heading south from Tartu into Latvia, you'll stop in Aluksne first. Then it's on to Stameriena, which has connections to Italian writer Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa. Cesvaine comes next with a visit to a small private beer brewery where you can try local products. You'll finish the day at Grasi Manor estate where dinner is included.

Grasi Manor to Daugavpils
After leaving Grasi, you'll visit the late baroque Aglona Basilica and a ceramics workshop that shows off Latgalian culture. Daugavpils, Latvia's second largest city, is next on the itinerary. There you'll see the historical center and the 19th century Daugavpils Fortress, plus the Mark Rothko Art Centre with its abstract expressionist works. You'll stay at Sventes Manor just outside the city.

Daugavpils to Vilnius, Lithuania
Heading south into Lithuania, you'll arrive at Aukstatija National Park with its lakes, streams, and forests. There's a light walk through the scenery to take in the landscape. You'll visit Paluse, a lakeside town known for its wooden church. Later in the afternoon, you'll head toward Vilnius and check into your hotel.

Vilnius
Vilnius has over 1,200 medieval buildings and 48 churches, so there's plenty to see. You'll walk through Old Town hitting the main spots like Vilnius Cathedral, Gediminas Tower, Peter and Paul Church, St. Anne's Church, and the Old University. The Gates of Dawn rounds out the highlights. An optional afternoon tour to The Palace of Grand Dukes of Lithuania is available if you want more.

Trakai
The morning offers an optional visit to the Museum of Occupations and Freedom Fights, which covers the Sovietisation period from 1940 to 1941. Vilnius to Nida
You'll head west from Vilnius, first stopping in Kaunas, the former capital. The Old Town and elegant Baroque Town Hall are worth checking out. After a brief walk through Klaipeda, you'll take a ferry to reach the Curonian Spit before arriving in Nida, a resort town. There's an optional fisherman dinner available once you check in.

Liepaja to Riga
You'll start the morning walking through Liepaja's Old Town, where you can see the Trinity Church and get a feel for the historic core of the city. From there, head to Jurmala Park and check out the former Naval Port, which has an Orthodox Cathedral worth seeing. After that, you're driving through Southern Latvia toward Rundale Palace, where you'll have a guided tour to learn about the building and its history. The drive continues through the country, and you should arrive in Riga by late afternoon. Once there, you'll check into your hotel and have the evening to settle in or explore the immediate area near where you're staying.

The Freedom Monument is another key stop. Optionally, you can visit Jurmala seaside resort or catch an organ concert at Dome Cathedral in the evening.
