Itinerary
- Day 1
Cappadocia North
Start this morning at Love Valley where you'll take in panoramic views of the distinctive rock landscape. From there, head to Pasabagi Fairy Chimneys to see the mushroom-shaped formations up close. The Göreme Open Air Museum comes next, where you can walk through the carved structures and get a sense of how people lived in these caves. After that, make your way to Uchisar Castle Area and grab lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you'll learn pottery-making at Avanos Pottery Workshop, which is a hands-on experience where you can try shaping clay yourself. Finish the day at Devrent Valley where you'll spot rocks with unique shapes and formations.

- Day 2
Cappadocia South
Begin in southern Cappadocia at the Rose and Red Valley, where you'll see the pink-tinted rock formations that give this area its name. Next, explore the rock-carved village of Cavusin and check out its historic churches carved into the stone. Then head through Pigeon Valley on foot, taking in the ancient dovecotes built into the rock faces. Later, you'll descend into the Underground Cities, an eight-storey refuge carved deep into volcanic rock that served as an ancient shelter. By the end of the day, visit the town of Ortahisar with its castle-like rock formation rising from the center of town.

- Day 3
Cappadocia Blue
You'll start at 9:30 AM in eastern Cappadocia by visiting Mustafapasa, a historic Greek town known for its architecture and stone buildings. From there, tour Keslik Monastery to see its rare iconoclastic frescoes. Then check out the Sobessos Excavation site where archaeologists are still making discoveries. After breaking for lunch, you'll hike through Soganli Valley, which was once a major monastic center with numerous cave churches carved into the rock. Wrap up the day at Ortahisar Castle with its distinctive rock formation.
